I’d like to share my awesome experience with Lonestar Home Solutions and the dedicated people who are associated with them. I Had requested a conversion of my bathroom tub into a shower by installing a shower door to replace the use of a curtain. Anna and her wonderful and courteous team were quick to help. They navigated through every detail and option of what I was looking for to ensure I had exactly what I wanted to get the job done right. On the day of installation, they were on time and were very respectful and careful to make sure they did their amazing work without disturbing anything else in my home. They even put down covers on the floor to walk on and moved all rugs and furniture out of the pathway to the upstairs bathroom. The gentlemen who were there made sure to inform me of their exact plan and process of installation to make sure I would be satisfied with the outcome. As they did their magic on the tub they were entertained by my six year old son and still had the courtesy to acknowledge him and converse with his silliness. A few short hours later we had a beautiful shower upstairs for my three boys to enjoy! They cleaned up every bit of their mess and put everything they moved right back in place and went on their way. In the days following I was contacted by the Lonestar Home Solutions team to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the job that was done. We love our new shower! The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful and I will continue to tell everyone I know that Lonestar Home solutions is first class. Thanks guys!

LoneStar Home Solutions did a fantastic job repairing multiple projects on our newly purchased 100+ year old home in Seguin. Roland and his team of craftsmen were able to creatively troubleshoot problem areas in a cost efficient and timely manner. Our master shower was gross with mold and erosion in the grout. Lonestar came and did the regrout work. I must say it looks like we have a brand new shower. The materials they used is way better that what came with the house. I’m so glad the new grout will NEVER look nasty and gross like it did before. So glad we went with them to get this done.

We had our kitchen cabinets updated by painting them white. I am so glad we hired Lonestar Home Solutions and did not try to do it ourself! I knew what I wanted but I felt so much more confident I would get the right look with their help. My wife and I have used LoneStar Home Solutions on 3 different occasions to do work on our lakehouse in Seguin. The most recent job was the biggest - a kitchen and bath remodel. We have really appreciated the care that their staff puts into making sure the project turns out the way we want it. Alycia, the project coordinator and Roland the construction manager are both excellent. I bought a custom home built in 1973 and the first thing on the to do list was remodel! Lonestar has been with me every step of the way. From hardwood flooring upstairs, to new windows, custom Saltillo tile and a beautiful cedar plank ceiling in my dining room. LoneStar Home Solutions is our go-to for Commercial, Residential and customs. We have used them for several installs at our corporate office in Seguin. They built custom bar doors for our conference room and have gone over and above with various other projects in our homes in New Braunfels. Roland and his team are top notch and will not let you down.

We had a great experience with LoneStar. My grandfather was put out of his home due to a kitchen fire. Were all thankful that he was fine and that the fire was quickly contained. Needless to say, major repairs would be needed as seeing as the home is quite old. Roland, Amanda, and the team at LoneStar put a plan of action in place and took control of the needed repairs/updates. Our family was dealing with a few family issues at the time, so being able to hand over the project to them was a HUGE weight off of our shoulders. The house turned out great and my grandfather is really pleased with his new space!

Would not recommend. They did exterior paint work a couple of years ago on our home. The door paint coverage was spotty. They had agreed as part of the bid to sand and prime our front porch. Instead, they painted right over existing peeling paint. It started peeling again. No surprise. They agreed, after I sent photos of the peeling paint and blotchy door, to repaint. They never showed up to do it and when I called, got no return call. I finally gave up. Im redoing it all myself. We paid $$$ for a job by a reputable company. Do not recommend. (btw, I have documentation of all email and text exchanges, so this is a true review)

Carlos does an excellent job of running his business. His team is motivated and engaged. They came to my home after a storm to help protect it after we had roof damage. They came out and placed tarps over the areas affected then they returned and replaced the missing shingles saving us from having extensive water damage. I will definitely use them in the future of other projects and repairs.

We needed a re install of tile after the first contractor’s work came apart. Carlos and his team came quickly, made the repair, charged very little and cleaned up afterwards! We recently had our entire home remodeled by LoneStar Home Solutions. Choosing the right company for a big job like this can be intimidating. We have had some work done in the past, some good and some bad. With the bad we learned from our mistakes. Cheaper does not always mean better. I can sincerely tell everyone you will make the best choice if you choose LoneStar. I had followed their work for about a year and I could tell they do excellent work. Everyone took care of our house like it was their own. From Alycia and Roland helping us make our selections for the design, Carlos designing our feature wall, Pauley, Sparky, and the rest of the crew - all did a great job to transform our home to a place we absolutely love! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!After reading reviews of nightmare remodeling experiences, we began our contractor search for a major project on our 19 year old New Braunfels home with more than a little trepidation.The first place talked a good game but had lots of terrible online reviews. Another had no online presence, so no reviews. Finally logged onto the Better Business Bureau site. Best move we ever made.LONESTAR HOME SOLUTIONS. A+ BBB rating, plenty of company info, photos on their web site and great reviews. Still, we needed to see things for ourselves, so we made an appointment and drove to Seguin.Project Manager Amanda answered our questions, walked us around the showroom to see what styles we were thinking about and most of all, provided info about their process and the permanent crews they use.After Amanda & owner Carlos Moreno visited to access the project, they provided detailed written estimates which were updated quite often as we chose materials and expanded our goals.We opted to stay in our home once the work began, even though we knew things would get messy, but we got rid of our old bed & ordered a new one to provide more space for the crews to work.Amanda made sure we took our time making the right choices for our large project. Construction Manager Roland checked in regularly to see how his crews were doing and to let us know what was scheduled next.All of the guys on the crews were able to move around and do other aspects of the remodeling process but these were their specialties:Flooring specialists Gilbert & Sparky removed carpet and old flooring, then laid our tile throughout the house. They also dismantled our day bed and trundle and moved them to our master bedroom until the other side of the house was tiled. Then they moved it all back.Extra tall Sparky even hung some things for me.Johnny & Will’s specialties were painting & hardware & attention to detail, which is exactly what they did.Christobol & Victor worked on our custom walk-in shower. We can’t stop grinning every time we use it. The sub contractors Lonestar use for electrical, plumbing, cabinetry and counter tops were also great.Bottom line? Lone star started well but went downhill fast. Unskilled workers damaged home furniture and shot nails through my front door trim!! Slow to show up and finish, then they tried to double charge me saying it was computer glitch! Poor workmanship on cement counter top which is peeling.
