Great selection of memorable, high quality jewelry (necklaces, pendants, rings, bracelets, watches including pieces from Mont Blanc) with superb service. Ray is impressively knowledgeable about jewelry, action oriented, and he goes the extra mile (told me about memory steel, showed me where I could obtain it for example).His associate Nina is very generous with her time, and FUN: they clearly like what they do and they it shows. I admired the attractive displays, and was impressed by what I overheard in an interaction with another customer.The piece I bought will remind me of Sedona and I look forward to returning. (Items I looked at ranged from $65 to $125 and up to $6,000 retail: they do have affordable jewelry items that are very attractive as well).

I dont even know where to begin!!!The most amazing service and talented jewelers work here. My husband and I were on our Honeymoon and walked in to My Jeweler while visiting Sedona. After talking with the store attendant a while, letting her know we had just married, I showed her my wedding ring.(BACKSTORY) This ring was left to me by my Grandmother and is over 50 years old. The ring absolutely did not fit and was in three different pieces due to the solder breaking. I was so excited to be married and wanted to wear the ring badly, so I wrapped the back in tape to make it fit temporarily. My mother had gone to a different jeweler to ask if they could repair the ring, they told her it was absolutely not possible.After explaining all this to the attendant at My Jeweler she said she was positive her jeweler could repair the ring for me! She called him on the spot and he came in just to look at the ring for us.Lee was so knowledgeable and said he could definitely repair the ring. After he had a closer look, he discovered that the center stone on the ring was actually made of glass and not a real diamond. We decided to replace the stone and Lee showed us a very similar one that was the perfect shape and sparkled like crazy! It was also outrageously affordable. We left the ring with him overnight and returned the next day to pick it up.When I saw my Grandmothers ring again my jaw hit the floor. It was beyond beautiful. Stunning! I could not believe the craftsmanship. Lee is the real deal! It was polished and looked brand new!!! I have not been able to stop looking at it since I picked it up, my Mother included.Thank you so much Lee and the My Jeweler Team. You made my dream come true.
