Vortex pools and spas keep our pool sparkling clean and always pickup in an emergency. Today we had a last minute emergency where they immediately came for our service call and fixed the problem. I highly recommend them to for their professional work and communication. I also like how they send a picture of the pool and what they cleaned so I know the pool is looking up to our standards.

Adrian does a fantastic job for us. Having a pool is a new experience for us and we have a lot to learn. He(and the rest of the Vortex staff) has helped us every step of the way. Adrian is here every Monday afternoon like clockwork and keeps the pool looking perfect. We really couldnt be happier.

I recently had Brian and Paul replace our pool light assembly with a LED programable light. They were very professional, reasonable with price, and did an excellent job. Actually enjoyed their visit and had a good time with them while they worked.

Danny, our day-to-day pool cleaner is a superstar! He pays attention, shows up ready to work, and is generally a very nice young man. If he doesnt know the answer to a problem, he makes calls and gets answers. The team works well together and Danny is our favorite.

Since my last post a few days ago when I praised Paul, VORTEX must have been caught in a vortex, because its customer service has changed literally over night from good to horrible, and I can no longer recommend this company. Paul who previously was nice and appeared to be knowledgeable was obviously out of his depth with diagnosing the reason of our sudden popups and jacuzzi problem and why both of them were just stuttering along. Today, I had another pool company here, and they identified the problem instantly. If Paul was not knowledgeable enough, I would have expected him to ask someone who was and, at a minimum, not leave me high and dry, running away because he “had NO time anymore” and Patrick, the owner/manager of the company, not even having the decency of informing me what the next step should be to fix the problem. I have not heard back from him for 4 days, and he did not even respond to my order of a brand new Jandy Caretaker and two new motorized Jandy Valves. (I identified the defect myself by using sheer logic.) In fact, Patrick did not even acknowledge receipt of my texts and emails. I have always been a good customer, paying their invoices on the same day or next. I bought an entire Pentair Computer Board with Remote Control from them and wanted to buy a 6,000 Dollar Pentair Heat pump and matching new Pentair VFD Filter pump too, but after having sent him several emails asking for it, it became clear to me that Patrick was not in the least interested in sending me his offer. I do not know why, after having been a good and promptly paying customer, I am being treated this way. I certainly do not deserve this and decided this morning to put another company in charge of servicing our Pool.I wish them the best of luck, because I believe they will need it, if they dont improve their customer service quickly and drastically.
