WORST experience I have every had. I ordered custom blinds from here and they couldnt have dropped the ball any worse. They botched the order and notified me 2 weeks later (a day before delivery). Then they promised delivery by a certain date and the product ended up being on back order. No one ever told me. When you call, you get passed around for 30 minutes because no one takes responsibility for anything nor do they know what is going on at any period in time.

The majority of the employees are very bad. There is never anyone to attend when one asks for something in an apartment one day I waited two hours for a material to be downloaded because there was nobody to handle the lift and the manager never answered
