United Ford in Secaucus, NJ had a warm, family friendly environment! The entire team was personable and knowledgeable. I give them 5 STARS! I originally had an appointment with Dana Ford in Staten Island, NY (took me 3 months to make, they canceled a few days ago and said no availability until late April 2021). They may have a state-of-the-art dealership, BUT HAVE NO CLASS, PROFESSIONALISM, OR CUSTOMER SERVICE that matches their portrayed image! Being the only dealership on the island has falsely elevated their sense of community demand and worth! I will gladly now pay the gas and toll to AVOID DANA FORD! YOU SHOULD TOO! Went in to ask for a simple door rod change so that my doors could open again. Told me all my doors were screwed and that it would cost almost 4000 for a simple $40 fix. Had no problems with my car transmission either. Drove it a few hundred miles and my transmission tank emptied itself on the road along with my radiator failing completely. Diagnosis showed no problems with either things. Thought a full diagnostic would show that?
