They stole my car seems like they pay the police kick backs . I didnt need them was told they were already called. Guess he couldnt redial the cop Im assuming that they pay kick backs. They out of the gate said things to try to screw me over that the cop must of told them . Currently working with news and attorney to expose and sue. Scumbags plain and simple. Thieves. Great tow company. Would use them any time. They do it all. They have light, medium, and heavy haul. That have an easy to find yard. The tow drivers are very helpful and easy to talk to. Would not hesitate to call them anytime. These guys know what theyre doing in the tow truck business. I would call them for an 18 wheeler or a classic motorcycle whatever needed to be hold they could do it . A number one in my book!!!!!

We were on our way to Orlando for vacation from Naples. There was a bumper left on the road that popped two of our tires and our tow guy took very good care of us after AAA claimed they could not find anyone nearby to tow our car. We had no family or friends in Sebring so the our tow truck driver helped us track down someone to replace our tires at a nearby gas station. Im extremely thankful and will remember them if I ever happen to be back in Sebring.

Bob is one of the drivers and I had a very bad experience with him since when I called to give him some information from the insurance he was very rude and disrespectful same with the other person that answered the phone the day before. I’ll never use their service again

Didn’t experience their services and never will after how I witnessed their driving on the road. Large semi wrecker speeding and tailgating and pushing drivers to move out of his way. Not even 5 feet away from smaller cars in front of them. When I put my hand out the window in a “what are you doing” way, the man and woman motioned is to get out of their way as if they’re entitled to the road. The driver flipped us off as he raced by us (of course I flipped him off first due to his lack of basic driving skills) doing well over 90 down the road. You aren’t going to be able to tow cars, assist people in need, etc. if you die from an accident that you caused with your recklessness.

They towed my wifes car still in park and completely destroyed the transmission. Ive used towing companies before and this one is by far the worst.

My car was towed here and upon arrival I noticed my car was left out in the open not behind any gates and the doors were unlocked leaving my items at risk for being stolen. Location is kind of weird, and there isnt much room to park.

My roommate had a accident and his insurance company tried to have this company tow his truck and do the repairs.When they failed to show up at the scheduled time he called to check on it since he works nights and cant wait all day and they were extremely rude to him and wouldnt try to figure out the situation.They claimed they have no record of the set up through geico and even though he has email confirmation they refused to even try to help. He called and told his insurance and had to use a different shop. We made Geico aware of the terrible customer service and hope they removed them from the list of good shops. It was so uncalled for and I will make it my mission to spread the word about this shop! Its bad enough to have a accident in a brand new vehicle but then to have to go through this kinda stuff with a shop is awful. You guys should be more helpful and concerned about customers period!

Completely unreasonable disgusting company. They charged for days they didnt feel like opening. Took total advantage of the situation. Several Christmas gifts missing from my automobile and Im filling a police report.

Very rude!!I was in a vehicular accident in September of 2014 when Artistic Towing & Recovery Inc. rotated my vehicle to their facility in Sebring, FL. After asking wether they would tow the vehicle to my house on the way (It is totalled and inoperable) the driver refused saying it would take too much time. I admitted that would be fine. After several months of dealing with the accident through the DMV I see my vehicle rotation fee has gone up! I call and ask to retreive my items from the vehicle and was denied because, this is private property. All my belongings, including my documents and tag, were scrapped. Since day one I have received rude behavior from Artistic Towing & Recovery Inc. Finally, over a verbal agreement, the owner agreed to keep my vehicle in return for the rotation fees. Now I have a bill for the fees again, understanding the legality I wanted to agree to his terms and get this emotionally stressful situation over. Sitting in the my local DMV I ask the DMV teller to call Artistic Towing & Recovery Inc. for me and explain the situation. The teller comes in contact with the owner and passes me the phone. Our conversation was the sorriest customer satisfaction I have ever received. This is a short glimpse of our conversation:Hi, my name is Gabriel Mercer, and who am I speaking with?Bob.Okay, hello Bob, what is your last name?That doesnt matter. Im the owner.Unable to even give me a last name, I was immediently greeted with a hostile tone. This rude and aggresive tone over the phone is not something a 19 year old student in high school deserves. Even the local DMV teller was shocked.I truly hope the best for Artistic Towing & Recovery Inc. and would like to see an improvment with customer satisfaction.

Company vehicle was in an accident and Police called this service to tow. Car there 12 hours and charge was over $322! Unethical business practice to say the least. Our agency is a non-profit on top of it. Do not do business with this tow service-ever!!!
