The staff was very helpful very efficient helped with all the questions we had and also were not following us all over the store allowed us to decide what we wanted to purchase.

The associate jennifer was very nice and knowledgeable on guiding My wife and I to the right bed. Even though I made a mistake thinking the bed we had was a full, when it was actually a queen so when I called she was able to immediately get it taken care of for me.

Honestly .. I didnt want to give them even one star ... I called the Sebring store looking for a particular washing machine .. after giving the salesperson the model number .. I was told if I came right in they could order it and deliver it the next Monday .. great .. I went right in .. handed the salesperson a sheet of paper with the model number written on it .. ordered and paid for .. as promised it was delivered on Monday .. upon our inspection we discovered that they delivered the wrong machine .. we immediantly called .. spoke to the manager .. and were told that they dont even have the model that we want in their warehouse .. do we want to keep that one .. no .. we want the one that we paid for .. so they pick it up a few days later .. we had to go back to store for a refund .. I go in .. they will refund no problem .. when I look at the refund it does not include the $80 delivery fee .. when I question .. I am informed that it is non refundable .. I say but this wasnt my fault .. you ordered and delivered the wrong machine .. they do not care .. company policy .. I left in a huff .. I truly beliieve that they knew that it was the wrong machine .. thinking that the dumb woman will never notice .. I tried calling the company headquarteres .. total waste of time .. it is just a call center .. I feel that they really tried to pull a fast one on me .. So .. Buyer Beware!!Update .. thank you for responding .. I did reach out to custumer service .. 3 times .. I never heard back .. what I would like is my $80.00 refunded .. Thank you

Jennifer is the one that helped my mother pick out the exact furniture that she wanted. She was so sweet to me and made sure that our purchasing experience went by smoothly and quickly. Excellent customer service there needs to be more people in the industry like Jennifer.

Great buying experience. I had never even been in a Badcock Furniture Store before. I was in very bad need of a sofa after a bad experience at a different furniture store. Sheri at the Sebring store was so wonderful and helpful. I couldnt believe I was able to get this beautiful, comfortable sofa that I just love and she arranged it so it was delivered that afternoon. I want to say thank you to Sheri and give her a big raise. I will not hesitate to go back there when I need more furniture.

The gentleman me and my mother worked with was very kind and helpful. He remembered me when I went to pick the bed up and it made the process very easy. My new bed is in great condition and I got it within a week.

I had a small issue with a previous purchase. Nothing the company did I purchased the insurance they offer to cover any damages. That being said I noticed that the sofa had a small tare and wasn’t sure why. I called Badcock and spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she was amazing. No questions asked she said that I they couldn’t fix the one I had but I could choose another sofa and they would exchange it.She helped me along and I ended up purchasing a few more items. I have to say they are ver reputable I have friends that purchased furniture through another store and they weren’t even honoring their warranty that they purchased and are still having issues. I just went in and everything was resolved quickly. The service was amazing the people were very kind and personable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went there to apply for credit so I could get this living room set I have had my eye on for a while. Andrew helped me out a lot and everything went smoothly. I got my stuff ordered and it even got delivered on the same day! Also, my parent have been fond of Jennifer for years, she is always there to help them get some really awesome pieces. I would definitely reccomend this Sebring location.

The best they are always willing to help. The only thing I would say bad is the store is hot inside. But they will whatever it takes to get you approved for shopping in there store. As long as you pay your bill on time you will never have a problem for them. Very nice furniture in the store. Always very nice to deal will. Would recommend to buy from this store. Just pay your bill on time is all you have to do

Horrible customer service! Had an issue with bedroom set they sent another dresser that was worse than the first one and fixed the bed which we later had to fix ourselves. Garbage furniture not worth the money! They act like they care but never respond back as far as sending a tech to repair the issue! Not happy!
