NEVER RENT A TENT from this place. I called and spoke to a lady who informed me it would be $180 to rent the tent I was looking at an I asked if it came with sidewalls she said no I asked how much for 3 she told me it was $20 something per side wall which I replied with that’s fine can I get 3 an she then informed me that would raise my total from $180 to $260 I said that was fine an asked if they deliver and set it up or if that is on me an she told me that that deliver an set it up an at this point she did not add in that it was $75 to deliver an set it up. So a few days pass and they come to drop off my tent guy gets here with only a tent no sidewalls an informed me now that it’s delivered that there’s a $75 fee for delivery which is why my total is $260 and there’s no SIDEWALLS. An if I would like to add sidewalls it will be a extra 82 an they will come back an put them on at this point I don’t even want the tent

We had rented a bush hog for the weekend to remove some tall grass, and a couple of bushes. When we arrived the the tractor had some issues. They went ahead and found us another tractor at last minute. Thank you guys for making it right.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great equipment, fairly priced. Their mechanic is awesome. Most repairs are done same day. I wont be renting anywhere else!!!

Went in with simple questions looking for equipment and the staff was willing to help however when the owner showed up she said to speak with him. So we did but he came off with extreme attitude for no reason. Went to home depot instead. Same price better service

All 5 of the tables I rented where cracked or dented in some way and 8 of the chairs where falling apart while people sat in them. Embarrassing Taylor rental.

Renters beware! Make sure you have a witness listening to your conversation or record your conversation with them. They lie and then the manager lies and says that he heard your whole conversation accusing you of being wrong. Will not compensate you for their wrongs. Was promised a 9 am delivery and received rentals at 1 pm. They do not care because they know that you need their tables and chairs and will put up with it and you will pay anyway. I do not recommend these people. They are not good business people. They only care about a one time sale, they do not care about making a customer for life.

This place is really great. The staff is friendly and they have all kinds of great party supplies to rent. I was a little disappointed with the quality of tables.I was expecting fairly new white plastic tables, what I received were old, ugly wooden ones. Easily fixed with some tablecloths. I would have given 5 stars if not for that. I will definitely use them again though and recommend them to anyone looking for party rental supplies.

Great service.. knowledgeable staff. Had a very minor problem with new mower, Craig took the time to repair it himself and get me going again. The sales process was effortless and enjoyable as well.

The ladies inside took care of my rental without a problem. They even offered a few other options to try to save me some money. The guys out back gave me a quick tutorial on the equipment. Everything was great.

Horrible service!! Made a 60 mile trip to rent a mortar mixer. I called first to make sure they had one available. I was told yes, went to get it and they dont even have one. They had a cement mixer which is totally different from a mortar mixer. Whomever is running the telephones needs to get theor facts straight!! Wont never do business with this company again!!!!

Owner and staff will treat you like an animal. Not sure what they think of themselves but they need to get down their high horse. Booked a tractor for noon and they confused the dates. Not only they didnt care, they never apologized nor find a plan b. Go to homedepot. Same price- better service.

Service was great,Craig and Dusty were friendly explained the machines inside and out.felt comfortable buying machines there.Would recommend visiting there show room there selection is the best I have ever seen

Tool rental was cheaper than listed online. Rented a breaker, which made my life so much easier for a small demo project I had ro do.

The equipment is very good. The employees are very kind. But the owner treats people like total crap. When I was unsure of what equipment I needed to rent, his words were exactly this, If youre too stupid to know what you want, then call back when you do. He has no people skills whatsoever and actually gives a new meaning to the word, rude. Im a doctor in this town for over 22 years and I have never been treated with such disrespect and contempt. My advice, speak to the girls and avoid the owner. He has a business only because of them!!

I really like renting from Taylor rental. A while back I rented a lift and had trouble getting it off the trailer. Taylor employee came right out, used company truck to pull it off the trailer. Today i rented a john deere 27D to dig and work on my septic drain field. One of the track came off and they again came out to put it back in no time so i can get back to work! I highly recommend this place. The owner is a really nice guy as well. i dont really know what the previous review person problem is but im sure theres a different side to the story.
