Lou is very professional and knowledgeable. My computer became corrupted. I work remotely and needed my computer back very quickly. I talked to Lou very late in the afternoon, dropped off my computer that same afternoon and he had it ready for me to pick up before noon the next day. He totally understood my situation. Everything is working and I signed back into work the same day. You cant ask for better service than that! And to top it off, his rate was very reasonable!

Lou is Awesome! Loved that he makes home visits so you don’t have to haul your computer to a site to get repair work done. He fixed the issue I was having with my desktop computer and his fee was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of computer repair services. I heard he was very honest. I thought I had a wireless mouse problem, but also had a big virus problem. So he put in a Windows 10. I brought it home yesterday so far so good. It was a little more then I expected to pay, but he worked with me on the payment. I would recommend him highly.

...Had a problem setting up my old computer to handle USB 3.0 as it came with only USB 2.0 ports. Lou took a look and in 20 minutes I was using USB 3.0 external hard drives. I had an idea what the parts would cost and was surprised that Lou had them with him and his charge was no more than I would have paid for parts. Most kind and helpful gentleman. Ill call Lou for help any time I dont want to mess up my computer...great guy, reasonable and eager to help.
