Never go to this office depot there crooks, the manager Mohammed, is the most ignorant person Ive ever encountered in my life..he is Rude and doesnt fix any issues with the customers..dont Email out of there they will not be responsible if they dont go through but they will charge you..The place is always dirty even with Covid !!! Employees keep the place filthy no Management what so ever..What a shame and lack of respect for people in Sebring fl.

I needed to download material for a course and wasnt sure how to. I happened to be waited on by the store manager. He is professional and had patience helping me with the material. Feel very comfortable going back if I need further assistance.

Went 4 times to get a picture printed on canvas. Price was same as others. 1st time the color was all washed out. Took 3 days. The second time skin tone on 1 person was pink. I decided to just get a refund. Waited 20 minutes and finally they just gave me cash. Trip # 4 They called me several hours later and said it went back on my card and wanted me to bring the cash back. It still hasnt shown up online as a refund or even processing as a refund.

Very helpful, help with making copies

Went for office chair listed on line in stock at this location and on sale for $119. Had to track down a clerk who found one in back room. When he rang it up, it came up as $169. We showed him printout from their online site, and he rerang it. This time it came up as $138. When we complained, he called his manager who finally rang it up as $119. This is not the first time this has happened, so always take along a printout of the advertised item or else they will try to upcharge you.

Im from Wauchula and none of the stores here, such as CVS, offers printing services. So I decided to go over to the Office Depot in Sebring to get my documents printed. I put my USB drive in the machine and was easily able to get black & white copies of my documents. I was very pleased with the service. Thank you very much!

Watching the employees become confused and then just slowly melt across their tasks was a great distraction from the Florida heat.

I faxed some stuff, dude working there helped me, because lets be real, who faxes anymore.

Horrible service . Took three men to do the job they get paid for. 20 minutes for these men to print out my daughters homework assignment.

I shipped my daughter an Easter basket, which only weighed a couple of pounds. They charged me $27.00 for next day with FedEx. The package arrived 2 days late on a weekday. The box for an Easter basket was $16.00. Office Depot is a waist of time and money. They dont wrap your package nor type up your shipping label. You do all of the work and still pay triple what it would cost at the UPS store. Please do not use this store for shipping packages. It cost me $47 to ship a 2 pound Easter basket to my daughter, which I dont regret, but with hard times. This is a bug ripoff.

This store in Sebring Fl is one of the worst for customer service that I have ever experienced. There is never enough staff. Last week had to leave without being helped. Waited 15 mins & still no one waited on me. Other people were standing in line the 15 mins I was there & this is not the first time this has happened. Do not blame the staff, blame corporate.

I am in shock at what I was charged. I didnt think that a charger for a laptop would be that expensive-$84.95. The clerk said oh their all around that price, but I can check online at Officedepot.com and give you that price. Saved $5, whooppee. I needed it quickly so I said ok Just went on Amazon and walmart.com and didnt see anything over $25, plus I get 2 day free shipping. I will NEVER shop at office depot again

They have cool printer/scanners where with a credit card you can print or scan materials and email them to one or many addresses. You can even print emails you received at a super reasonable price. They also have all kinds of printed product services. And on top of that a wide variety of office products plus office furniture as well ss brief cases. This is your one stop office needs store with knowledgeable and friendly service.

This is a great store and with several new staff members. They are now able to get you in and out as quick as possible. The print department does NOT take people at the end of the line first. Management is changing the way the store used to be ran. Making it easier for clients and staff.

The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. I wanted to purchase a particular camera, but they were out of stock. The associate took time to search for one at another store and found one in another city. He arranged to have it delivered to me without any additional cost. How awesome is that?!!

We got what we came for. Luckily we found them on our own. Headed to the computer section. Long haired guy asked if we needed help. As I was explaining what we needed, he turned around and asked someone else if they needed help. Wow talk about disinterest. Needless to say we walked away. The check out guy reached in front of me and hit print receipt. I objected. He seemed irritated then he couldnt find my card in the system. Strange? Wont be back soon

Great place to be if youre savvy, or not with electronics. The last time I was there it seemed as though its important that the employees keep the service part of the deal in mind.Recommended.

Poor customer service, it feels like they would rather be somewhere else, or they are doing you a favor. No we will be with you in a minute, they just dont pay attention to you until they are good and ready.

The service and selection there is outstanding. The printers service in particular is good, but if they are busy you might have to call to not get it postponed.

Outside of Jerel this is the worst place ever the returing manager is rude... she looks you in your face and keeps going... they need new leadership

I purchased a tablet online. Turned out there was a problem with the inner workings. When I went to actual store in Sebring I thought Id have a problem returning it. Nope. They happily returned it. I was so happy about it that I purchased a replacement.

Printing staff members help the people at the end of lines first. Waited in the long line for them to add paper printer in the self service copier, only to be told the USB drive doesnt work. Instead of helping me at the counter the guy quickly left to help another person in line. Poorest customer service ever. There was no options for no stars at all, thats what I would of gave this sad excuse of a store instead of one star.

The guest service hear was horrible. Michelle at the printing center did not seem like she wanted to do anything to help anyone. If anything upsets you at work, its not everyones elses fault.

I called for a specific product & was told they had 2. When i arrived an hour later the cust serv mgr claimed they didnt hv it. The sales assoc said none had been sold that day. I will NEVER go there again!!!!

They do faxing, scanning and copying of documents if you dont have a home office. They do a brisk business so prepare for a wait sometimes.

The staff are friendly but the price for the pages are ridiculous expensive. What they charge me for 15 color pages which it only had one small thing in the middle of the page . I could of bought a new printer because they come with ink in it. You wont see me again there for printing.

All the associates I worked with were knowledgeable and pleasant. I was there for almost an hour asking questions, getting quotes and finally placing my printing order.
