We just purchased a house in Lake Placid Fl. It is need of renovations. It’s 20 yrs old not my style. We’ve been looking for the right contractor in this area. We found this company by google the reviews which were good so we made a appointment for someone to come out to our home to see what was needed. I am a picky person but you have to be when doing renovations. We were very impressed with Mark who came over to take a look. We did not know but he’s the owner. He was very precise with measurements. Super informative he invited us to his showroom in Sebring Fl where we met him to look at all the choices. He walked us through showed us different options we could choose from. Beautiful showroom with up to date options some which I didn’t know exist. Stewart Construction will be doing our remodel. I had a complete kitchen remodel and am so pleased with the results. Shaune was the point person on my remodel and I could not have had a better person to go to. He took care of every aspect of the job and if there was a problem it was immediately fixed. He is very easy to work with and helped me achieve the look I was after in the design. I am planning to work with him again on another remodel project. I would recommend Shaune and Stewart Construction to anyone. All of the people who worked on my kitchen were very competent and professional.

Honest hard working

I had Stewart Construction replace the soffits on my rental property, swapping the previous rotting wooden ones with beautiful, white vinyl. The job only took a few days and the company gave me the precise time the men would arrive so I could warn my tenant of their visit. Everything went perfectly and the house looks amazing!!

Shout out to Johnny. What a super people person. Appreciate all your efforts pushing the envelope getting our sliding doors installed. A curve ball in the beginning but what a comeback getting the job done on a timely manner.well done.

Stewart Construction recently completed a home renovation for me where I removed a bedroom to enlarge our dining room and living area. The work was exceptional and they took the time to make everything was done on time and on budget.

Have not had work done yet, but very nice. Will update when we have work done.

Stewart Construction is a very reliable, professional, trustworthy company with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. They remodeled our home in 2014 and the attention to detail, the things we wanted, their attention and follow up was unbelievable. Their workmanship is outstanding and I would, and have, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good company that they can believe and trust. Also, they have a beautiful showroom with many selections of quality materials.

We have worked with Stewart construction for the last 9 years on a multitude of small and large home improvements and repairs. Always have been professional in the level of detail with their work and suggestions for products . Shaun is our go to person when we have project ideas and questions. Just finished a painting job on our kitchen and it is amazing. Johnny is the painter extraordinaire . Shaun even went so far as to get new locks at my wife’s request for all the kitchen doors. That is true customer service.

I just had the whole inside of my home remodeled by Stewart Construction. My job manager (Shawne) was easy to talk to and was helpful throughout the entire process. He personally handled any question or concern that I had, and was even available on his day off. This company is a gem in small town Sebring. They recognize two important qualities to me.....customer service and quality of work. They have constructed a mancave that could be used as a separate living space, remodeled two homes and the list goes on. When I need any work done on our home, I tell my husband, call Stewart. We have had a relationship with Stewart Construction for seven years now.  Initially, they did tile work, painted the inside and outside of our home, among other repairs through the years.  They have been extremely professional and caring and they take pride in the work they do. The work they do is high quality, which is hard to find in this area.  This is why we have continued doing business with them.Most recently, we had new plumbing fixtures installed in our master bath.  As usual, the work was excellently done and they always clean up and leave whatever area they are doing work on in good, clean condition.  Before work was started, Shaune personally inspected what was needed to be done and provided a detailed scope of the work with a written quote.  As a customer, we know what the project will cost.  Also, the job is always completed in a timely fashion.Our latest project was a dryer venting issue.  We purchased a new dryer, which stopped working apparently because the original dryer duct installed when our house was built (by another builder) was inadequate.  Shaune figured out what the problem was.  The distance of the dryer duct from the back of the dryer to the roof was too far for the dryer to vent properly.  After a lot of research, he installed a booster fan to get the dryer to function properly.  It now runs more efficiently with much less time needed for drying, which will also save on our electric bill.  The inadequate venting was also a safety issue for our home.Without a doubt, we would recommend Stewart Construction.

My family and I have been struggling for months to recover from the damage Hurricane Irma left us. We lost our roof and as a result of that, more damage followed. We have been back and forth with multiple roofing companies and didnt have any luck until we called Stewart Construction. They are so professional! When they say they are going to call you back, they call! they email, they leave messages. I got updates all along the way. My roof was finally done in just 2 days! They were very nice, quick, and cleaned everything up. I would and have been recommending them to anyone who needs major repairs. Thank you!!

While on vacation we had an emergency with water running down the wall between our kitchen and bedroom. We had worked with Stewart Construction in the past and were happy with the work they performed. I called Shaune for assistance and he responded immediately and met with our grandson. The water leak had been located and shut off. So, when he arrived the damage was surveyed, he felt the area could be dried with large fans. This worked saving the wall between rooms and a considerable amount of time and money in repairs. Upon our return from vacation, we got together with Shaune were able to get the repairs and some additional work completed. We are extremely please with the quality of work and timely response that Stewart Construction has given us.

I will never recommend this company. They charge so much . Better find other contractor that charge a decent price. Friends that had seen the before and after project was shocked at the price they charge. Not worth the price..

Their representative came to our home to take measurements for an estimate on a patio slab and a bathroom addition. He said that he would get back to us in two or three days. We never heard from him again.
