Incredible work, incredible speed. Fair price. My Dodge Sprinter broke down while visiting family in FL a couple weeks ago. It can be a challenging vehicle to repair that I have had many decline to work on. I called, the next day had it towed to their shop. I requested an online quote, and the owner of the business responded right away, even though it was a Sunday. Everyone was very nice, and they were able to get my car in first thing the next morning. The price was excellent - not only was it the cheapest quote I received in Sebring, but it was also cheaper than what I would pay back home. If I lived locally, I would definitely bring my car back.

My husband is a retired mechanic and tried to fix my Honda Element but he could not figure out what was wrong with it.We called Highlands Complete Auto repair and was told to bring it in.I could not be happier with the service received, was way below what I expected to pay, and staff was very friendly and informative.When I picked up my vehicle I was told about the warranty on parts and labor as well as sent a complete checkup via text on my vehicle.I love that there was no high pressure sales pitch.This will definitely be my go-to shop from now on.

I was asking to book for an appointment since my light for maintenance required was on and i didnt know whats wrong since i had an oil change 2 weeks ago, the mechanic answered promptly told me that i just need to google how to reset my change oil light, did it myself and problem solved. This is the place to take your car if you want it done right! I took my Navigator to ford and after two weeks was told they couldnt fix it. I then took it to Tech Automotive and they were unable to fix it either. I was at my wits end with the repair untill I came across Highlands Complete Automotive. They were not only able to fix my car but did it in a timely manner and saved me around $2000.00 by repairing my broken parts as opposed to just unnecessarily replacing everything with new parts. My car runs like new again. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop to anyone who wants an honest job done!

Highland Complete Auto is an honest and professional car repair shop.They will diagnose before they just start replacing parts.You will have to pay for the diagnostics but it could save you time and money in the long run. They will then give you a price to repair and get your permission before doing any work.They replaced my starter. The rebuilt starter they received from the supplier nicked the teeth on my flywheel. Rather than trying to blame my old starter, they took responsibility and made it right. No extra cost to me.Highland is a repair shop you can trust.

I found Highlands Complete Auto through a warranty program after a previous mechanic did some shoddy work and caused all kinds of damage as a result. I was devastated when my car leaked all the oil out but I called Highlands Complete Auto and even the wrecker guy told me I had picked the right place. The team there is so amazing and they took the time to explain everything to me that needed to be done. They sent a link with everything they found when they did a thorough diagnostic inspection and they sent me detailed notes about everything the previous shop screwed up. They kept me in the loop at every step and I am so appreciative. As a woman, I hate to have car trouble because I expect for the shop to try to take advantage and not do what they say while taking my money (like the previous shop did), but I didn’t have that experience with them. I felt safe and protected and they fought as hard as I did to make the previous shop cover the damage to my car. They were honest, professional and timely. I have tried other repair shops in Highlands County but the experience doesn’t come close so if I ever have any issues I’m coming back without hesitation!

I had taken my Toyota to the infamous Alan “CROOK” TOYOTA! They told me I needed to fix EVERYTHING ON MY AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. I opted out and got a second opinion so I googled Top Rated auto repair in Sebring Fl. Highlands was # 1 on google and Yelp. Anyway, I called and talked to Christy she got me right in while explaining they were packed but will try to get to me ASAP. Anyway a few hours later I get a text on my phone with this awesome report with pictures and videos of MY CAR! They told me my fan stopped working I blew a fuse/relay and that the fan and fuse needed to be replaced before they could complete the guarantee of their diagnosis. I said go ahead and to fix those things. The next day I got a phone call saying my car was all set. (Slightly confused I was like what? What about my air conditioning? Christy said Air conditioning if fine.) I had expected a call to tell me I would need ..... (to spend more money and a bunch of other ac parts.) Nope I didn’t. I did need a filter and was getting close on my brakes (which they said, “just maintain your oil changes here and we will let you know when it’s time.”) yes I replaced the filter too. But my point is these people showed me EVERYTHING ON THE CAR.) told me what I need now, didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary etc... DEFINITELY MY NEW GO TO PLACE. I even saw a BMW, Porsche, Jaguar, Mini Cooper they were working on! Definitely my go to place!

Being a native of Miami, Florida, I am always worried about getting poor quality work, or getting scammed. I checked Highlands Complete Autos ratings and I was skeptic about all the 5 star reviews, but I decided I should give it a chance. Let me tell you something: You dont need to look anywhere else, these good people are the real deal!1. Their diagnostics are top notch and they wont try to mechanic-speak you into anything. They send you a link that shows you a clear diagnostic breakdown of everything they find that is clear and easy to understand. They even color code it!! Green for good, yellow for keep an eye out for this, or get it fixed now if you want and red for this is a big problem, we suggest you should fix it now or at least ASAP!2. I was worried about how I would get home from there, I live out in the middle of nowhere! They offer shuttle service both to and from their shop. No extra charge! They truly know how to make customers feel appreciated.3. I was worried because I needed to go to a few places while my car would be in the shop. Thankfully, they have an excellent deal for their customers with Enterprise Rental for way cheaper than even Enterprises cheapest economy car rental on the Enterprise website.4. I was getting a bunch of stuff done, including some major engine repairs, so I assumed I would be out for a week. They called me by noon the following day to come pick it up!! I was so stunned at how fast that was!5. I was worried I wouldnt be able to afford all the things I wanted to get done. The price seems about on par with the other shops in the area as far as the major services went, with a few exceptions that were surprisingly cheaper! The biggest price difference that was a real stunner was the oil change: It was roughly HALF the price of where I used to go for the exact same service and synthetic oil. So here is more good news: They have a good thing going with a credit card agency that can give you a chance to break up a large bill into a monthly payment, if you have reasonable credit. Even better was, they let me split the bill between two different credit cards so I could afford everything easily.These good people are real professionals, and the quality of their service shows it. My car is now happily purring like a kitten, and everything is working fine. Id like to personally thank Kristen for all her help, and for really making me feel like she cared for me as a valuable customer, and as a fellow human being. Thank you! You can bet that Im going here for all my future auto problems.

As of today, this is the ONLY shop our family will be going to. They have the BEST customer service. If they give you a price, they are going to do their best to make sure that it stays that price. Their work is quality and affordable. Oh and I love that they send you a digital inspection of your vehicles health with picture updates of whats going on. The best mechanics in town!!

Amazing work is done here! I honestly thought my SUV would never drive again and I was to the point of junking it. Highlands Complete Auto Repair proved me wrong and Im so happy they did. All other businesses would not touch or fix my fuel line because of it being a liability! Well, Highlands Complete Auto is insured and are capable of doing such job. I had a lot done on my SUV and they managed to get it done in a timely manner. Im just so excited to now have a perminate auto repair shop that is honest and doesnt tell you what needs done just to make some money. They are honest and do what needs to be done without all the extra costs of things that may not need to be done.

New to area. No Hyundai dealership in town. Found Highlands Complete Auto online with great reviews. Called and was told they would love to service all of my auto needs for my Hyundai Santa Fe. They offer a service to pick up your car and bring it back when work is completed which they do not know this but I was in a horrible car accident and Im still a little leery of driving so this feature was a Godsend to me. Two very nice women Kristen and Sherry came to pick up my car I had a synthetic oil change and needed two types of filters, which they said they could certainly repair at the same time. The work was done in a very short amount of time and at a super reasonable price. I am glad to have found them for all of my future auto needs.Thank You!

Highlands Complete Auto does auto body repair work as well as working on engines, etc. My fender was dented and pulled out, looking not so good. Matt, the repair guy, politely presented me with 2 options: 1. to replace the whole fender/bumper component, or 2. to simply repair the fender I had. I chose option 2: To salvage my current fender. I left my car there, and was given a ride back home. About 3 hours later, I was picked up at home and given a ride back to the shop. Was very happy when I saw my car. My fender looked great, all de-dented, re-attached, and re-painted. The price was reasonable, and Matt even gave me some extra paint to use in case I ever had any new dents I wanted to touch up myself!

I had issues with my car rocking for months... I took my car to 2 other places spent almost 3000 for it not to be fixed... my final attempt before trading it in was to come check this place out and not only did they find the problem show me the problem and walked me through my issue, they were able to fix it for less that anyone else in the area... the customer service is great I love the upfront honest staff... they treated me like family not just a customer

Where do I begin..we are new in town and had a problem with our third brake light spoiler..called the dealership we were looking at $1000 not here they fixed it quick and way less expensive. And their customer service is just priceless. Im sitting in the lobby waiting for my oil change and I get a text with the complete inspection and info. These guys know what theyre doing. They dont just swap parts and hope for the best. They test and check. They keep you updated throughout the whole process with pictures and test results. Theyll tell you if something is within the specs, or out of specs and explain it to you so you understand. They dont leave you hanging, and they dont rip you off. They are for sure about quality. Ill be taking my other vehicles to them for any work that needs to be done

The best place to get help! I have been to several auto repair shops and have not been treated nearly as good as I have by the staff at Highlands Complete Auto. The staff is friendly, honest and willing to help in anyway possible. Rich, the mechanic that has worked on my vehicle, will figure out the problem and ensure it is fixed before sending you on your way. He has many years of experience and is my go to choice when my vehicle starts acting up. I would recommend to anyone.

The crew here is great. I would recommend them to everyone. I had an electrical issue with my jeep amongst other issues. The master tech at my own shop couldnt find it and had no clue where the power draw was coming from. With in a couple hrs they figured it out. They were very helpful and kept me up to speed on everything they were doing. My wife and I will be taking our vehicle to them from now on. Thank you guys for all your help.

I was tired of driving to the Lakeland dealership for my Volkswagen to be the serviced. I decided to take my car to two other shops here in Sebring which on both occasions was a disaster. I did not want to drive 2 hours to go to the dealership as I stated earlier. So I googled Highlands Complete Auto as a friend who has a Mini Cooper and a BMW recommended me to the. I saw 5 star reviews & hoped third time would be a charm. I called and made an appointment. Christy was very polite and worked around my schedule as well as took me home. After a few hours, I received a text message. It was an amazing experience; as I have never seen an inspection like this in my whole life. It had pictures & videos of everything on my VW. I looked at the inspection and it told me what my problem was, what other things they found & what was needed now & what could wait. Including the body damage that I had planned on taking to another shop here in Sebring to have fixed. I was stunned when they called about 20 minutes after I reviewed my inspection report. We discussed the communication problem with my computer in the car. Then, we moved on to other issues & what I needed to do to maintain the vehicle. I picked up the car the next day and along with my receipt was an estimate to fix the damage to my car. It was 2,000.00 less than artistic where I was going to take it originally. I had them paint it and fix the bumper and fender. It is beautiful. I saved time and Money. This is my new go to place.

I am so grateful that they did pre-purchase inspections for me. The first car I brought was beautiful. It looked so amazing. But once they checked under the hood they let me know it needed lots of costly repairs. The second car I brought in was more humble. But when the mechanic checked it out cama it was an excellent condition and will be a reliable vehicle for a long time in the future. If I had not had them do the inspections I would have bought the first car and been out a lot of money. I am so glad that they check they dont guess

Wow!!! An amazing experience. I went to another big box place, they told me I had a million oil leaks. In return, I didn’t!! I had one to be factual!!! They degreased my engine, added some sort of dye & found the real leak!!! Great job

Alan Jay Cadillac doesnt have ANYTHING on these folks! Idk where theyre from or how they do it but I had my caddy at Alan Jay 3 times & their head mechanic couldnt even properly diagnose my check engine light problem. Took it to them 3 x !!! Paid 3 x & still problem NOT solved!!! Took it to Highlands auto & FIXED!!! The first dang time! About time this town got a good auto shop!

I have had some terrible experiences in this town until I decided to go in and speak to these ppl.. I knew almost immediately that I would be taken care of here...I was greeted in a welcoming manner and instead of saying ok well do that, I was informed that they would first do a diagnostic inspection and send it to me. After that insoection then we could decide what to do. What was most important to least important. I was Very pleased I highly recommend them. I had my Nissan Rogue in here for brakes and some maintenance services. I was told they would have it ready by 2 the same day but it ended up being lunchtime the next day. This was a big inconvenience.
