Went to bid on line and they went going once sold, the item must of went to there friend as most of the time they will go going once, going twice... also when bidding online you cant bid in 25.00 or 50.00 only 100.00 bid increases

Very dishonest people. My mistake? Not getting any paperwork of what I signed, not even a receipt. I placed a car, they sold it under what I wanted even though I had a reserve on it. They say I never signed a reserve paper, and the female employee says I never came in to sign anything after I dropped the car and got a number, yet they conveniently still have the only paper they need, a signed one saying I co-sign the car in. uhhuhh, probably just “misplaced” the reserve paper. If I never came in to sign anything my car shouldn’t have been sold.Then claim to say if I’m such a business man then why don’t I have all my things in order. I guess I’m too nice and expect honest business from everyone. I understand mistakes happen, but I own up to them and make it right. I even told them to dissolve the sale saying there was a mistake in paperwork, guess they don’t wanna go through the trouble of learning how such business transactions are handled.These people aren’t honest. If you do business with them stay on your top, lesson learned.

Very interesting...boats cars etc

Very dishonest the item I bought online was listed has runs and drives. When I went to pick it up someone had help their self to the batteries and the guy said did you bring a trailer to haul it And I said why the ad said that it runs and drives I have a picture of when I bought the item with everything detailed the mileage runs and drives. Auction is very dishonest you can’t believe what they list. The guy stated that it was running when they took it off the trailer so right there tells me it had batteries in it. What happened to the batteries.

Absolutely the worst customer service!! Husband went to pick up a trailer he purchased & worker from there not only ruined the trailer with the forklift but also hit our vehicle causing major damage. They refused to take responsibility & told my husband there was nothing they could do for him. All they said was they were sorry! We had to call our own insurance. So now we are stuck without a vehicle because of their mistake. I understand that accidents happen but the fact that they refused to take responsibility just makes no sense. They won’t reimburse my husband the money he paid for the trailer. Obviously it wasn’t in the condition it is now when he bought it at the auction. So now we have to pay to fix the trailer our selves and we have to pay our deductible in order to get our car repaired from the damage they caused.

Definitely some great stuff when they do auctions!

Great people and good prices

This place is extremely disreputable! I’m still waiting for payment from a sale In July. The slick manager Sean has told me every excuse on the book for why I’ve not gotten any money. I paid them cash in good faith and they have not paid me for the sale. I buy through proxibid often and have never had trouble until insight auctioneers. Now my attorney is handling it. Think twice before you trust your hard earned money to these scoundrels!ZERO stars!!!!

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They are a scam. I bought a vehicle through their online channel, when it arrived it had 30,000 more miles than what was listed on the catalog and online listing. I called to the auction to complain and they said its not their problem even though they are required as a licensed dealer to disclose the accurate mileage. I have been a car dealer for 15 years and have never dealt with such dishonest people. I asked for refund of the buyers premium as compensation for their mistake and they refused, and were talking of just a little over $200... The manager, Sean Garner thinks that this kind of business practices are standard in the industry and will try to make you believe this. Dont fall for it, there are many other reputable auction companies out there. I will not be coming back to Insight Auctioneers and hopefully this review drives a few more customer away from these crooks.

Be extremely careful buying anything from this auction. They sell vehicles without titles. after finding this out after purchasing I was told to not worry about the title by sean gardner the manager because the vehicle came from a large company. Absolutely horrible customer service, horrible descriptions of items, cant get anybody to answer an email, yard looks like a landfill of absolute junk, staff is not helpful. Stay far away from this place. if you want better quality equipment that includes all necessary paperwork go to tampa machinery auction.
