Constantly notifies me late about an upcoming visit. I mean like less than 12 hrs late!? Does not release visit reports on time.
They refuse to give the reportsCancel appointments for no reasonRefuses without reason the 8 hours accepted by the courtDo not reply to emailsNo precautions taken during Covid-19, rooms are not cleaned between family visitsThey are really unprofessional for people who claim to be the best
I can not thank this agency enough. I feel safe with At Indaba and their staff and the way they operate. They are professional and fair. Toshua who operates the company does a amazing job as well as Nathalie. If you have a question they are fast to respond and address any concern or issue. I thank this agency for giving me the greatest opportunity which is time with my child which was denied for almost 2 years from a vindictive ex. They stepped in to save the day and got me my court ordered visitation and bigger bonus during the Covid . I have to say not all heroes were capes! This agency is my hero though! I cried the first time I heard I got to finally see my child and in person. This Agency made that happen and I applaud them for all their efforts, fairness and protection to both me and my child against my ex’s false accusations. Get the notes! It is worth it to protect yourself if your in a family law case like I was. Also to add Marie Donaldson is the best supervisor and she is the most neutral, fair, kind and helpful staff, she is one of a kind and through this family court nightmare she has made me feel safe and protected as well as my child. I trust her and so does my child. Great woman! Always a positive outlet and is great at her job. Thank you At Indaba for all your services and guidance. If you are wondering what company to go through this should be your first choice as it was mine. I was scared through the new process and they made me feel at ease. They also offer fun activities and snacks for the kids. They go the extra mile. I will always respect them and their agency for all they have done for me and my child and I have nothing but good to say about this company.
They refuse to give the reports.Room not cleaned between 2 familes
This is the worse place to ever go too. Dont do it. This place only cares about money they dont care about the children and they lie about giving paperwork that you pay for. Run!! If you are asked to go to this place by the court ask the court to go somewhere else i have shared my experience with this place. All the bad reviews they have are true. Run im telling you do not use this place.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FROM THE START! Ive been with atindaba for over a year (due to financial restraints) as a father paying for supervised visits. Ive not once received a report from any supervisor Ive had that they charge you $15 for every visit. Im pretty sure thats criminal somehow. Their finance/scheduling manager, Elle, doesnt care about you, the visit, the kids, the reports that you never receive, or anything but your money. Toshua Henry, their director doesnt seem to have a clue in how to operate this place. Overall, this is a piss poor company for supervised visits, expensive and no customer service. Do your research before. Save you a whole lot of time, money, and headaches and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless you like throwing away money for nothing.
My nephew was court ordered to do supervised visitation. At the first two visits he noticed bruises and scratches on his 3 year old son who told him a teenager in the home is hitting him on the firsr visit. I do not understand why this facility is not a mandatory reporter. On the second visit he had a lump on his head and when asked they refused to document these marks. Then they dismiss him as a client. It seems really unfair when all he did was ask for the promised reports that they said he got which he never got yet.
The supervised visits themselves appear to have gone fine and the children enjoyed the different toys in the facility. However, it has been extremely difficult to get the mandated reports that were to accompany the visits. I would have to follow up multiple times and more often than not, was just ignored. As the custodial parent it is very important to me to have this information and the lack of providing the report (and ignoring my follow-ups) has been extremely disappointing.
Professional, courteous, honest, and unbiased. This center truly has the interest of the child at heart. Although I was initially opposed to the other parent using a third party to facilitate the exchange, it was and has been a blessing to have someone who cares for my daughters safety and well being.I would recommend any parent who is in a similar situation to give At Indaba a call. Its not a business for Indaba, its about your child and your rights as a parent!
Hardly professional. Extremely expensive. They say that they dont favor either side and are acting in the best interest of the child, but the case worker we were personally assigned to has acted biastly even offering the other parent advice to get their way (I have seen this through the other parents evidence). It appears as though they favor only the money as I could get nothing done without it. USE A DIFFERENT SERVICE.
Compared to other services, its VERY expensive ($70/hour) AND if you want a report for court purposes, expect them to charge an additional $15 per current report or $20 for EACH past visit. For parents who want to use yet another system to keep the other parents visitations to a minimum, they cost is prohibitive and serves as yet another way to withhold visitation. Yeah. For example, parents who have been granted by court 8 hours a week with their children but cannot afford $2,800/month should look somewhere else. There are other providers that charge $20/hour. Always ask for ALL costs, especially if involved with the court system. But, if your rich and money isnt an issue, then go for it.
