Northwest Immigrants Rights Project was the best! From the Receptionist named Miguel to Assistant named Victor up to the law clerk they gave me named Georgina Mozo. These people are great! Very confident, detailed, kind, helpful, up to date, very excellent for their job in their company. This company helped my family really great! God bless you Northwest and God bless America!

The worst office includes everything. The waiting time on the phone was 1 hour and 55 minutes and then they disconnected the call. Very disrespected and unprofessional. Dont waste your time and money and go somewhere else.

This place has been a huge blessing to my husband and I. I wish I could pay them back times a million. Such sincere people. They REALLY do care about people. Thats so uncommon today.

Ive worked in the same building as this organization for years. The one common thing everyone else notices while to riding the elevators is the look of fear, confusion, anxiety etc on the faces of the people who get off on the 4th floor (before they arrive at the NWIRP office). Contrast that with the looks of calm, accomplishment, and relief on the faces of those leaving the office after their appointmemts and its easy to tell the people who work here truly care about making sure that immigrants to this Country are a welcomed as possible.

I have been trying to call and get a hold of the receptionist seems to never be there. I can’t get in contact with anyone else I had an agent that was dealing with my case she apparently no longer works there so apparently my case is thrown out I have to deal with the receptionist and I can’t get a hold of her so the only option I’m left with is to go in in person
