Continually had to pull teeth to get help, when trying to fill out the necessary paperwork to be able to sustain help while in the pandemic and trying to get a job, they want tk play games with people who are actually trying to get off their feet. No matter how hard you try to contact them they make you feel ignored. They tell you they are in a meeting and then they dont get back to you for another few days and it is only through text, I dont get a phone call anymore. I would just like to talk to someone to get it fixed. I dont even get social security to be able to pay the over 500 dollars and Im working on it with the any disabilities I have.
They are quite helpful if you need hygiene, household supplies or assistants with rent or utility Bills
I donates clothes and toiletries to the fire victims in Tukwila a week ago. The people there are so nice. God Bless all the People for their losses . I, 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 for you all ..
Of the places I have researched and received assistance This isThe Authentic And Genuine Organization That Really Serve andAssist The Community With The Help They Need.Other ServicesSeem To Help Only The People Running The Organization Not GivingTo The People In Need. CCS Has The Top Better Business BureauRating. For A Reason!

I recently reached out to Catholic Community Services with a community related inquiry. Bill Schmidt got back to me in a prompt and timely manner and far exceeded my expectations! Im very happy and satisfied with the organizations level of service and I sincerely appreciate everything they are doing for our community!
Thank you for your community service. We appreciate all that you do!!
The CCS organization at the Randolph Carter Center,is a great place to coordinate priorities in my life w/ a Spiritual consultant through the Catholic Church to guide me through the good/bad times.TheRealInternetMan😎
Love the service they do for the community but the nobody knows diddly sucks.
I dont think you could give the staff enough credit for what they do.
Helpful staff. Many services.

I called about a clothing voucher and the black lady who snswered was so unprofessional and I asked that woman a question and she replied Ugh I dont know . really people. Who does that. Unprofessional uneducated and unacceptable.
Ay shout out CSS!✌🏿 God is good.
Great programs & terrific people.
I am a former employee and I am seeking to return to Catholic Community Services . Such a wonderful place to be apart of.
When asked to provide home care giver services; CCS was greedy; wanting ALL of the hours provided to us through DSHS. We have some for 12 hours during the week. When we had only 83 hours awarded to my wife CCS would not provide just 35 hours of care; they demanded that they would only consider the total amount of hours. Now that the hours have been increased; they have turned down 75 hours of in home care. JUST another greedy organization.
Great resource, good people
Very helpful they went out of their way to make sure that I got what I needed 😊
Helping Americans in their time of need! Including myself, thank you!
Catholic Community Services help me out in a very lonely and desperate situation. I really felt in fear that I might not have somewhere safe to live. They were helpful. Miss Alberta especially is the best. The people are always so nice. I was a part of the hen program for a year. I never ever felt less than. Ive always felt accepted and loved there. Thank you Catholic community services for everything you do in our community you are the best !!!
As I mentioned on my latest rating,(CCS) or Catholic Community Services may have what you as an individual have been seeking to find to cause positively/effective changes to re-structure your Lifes choices/consequences in a more productive manor for the best of lasting changes.By taking the time to find what services are currently available through this Agency at your earliest convience.TheRea lInternetMan😎
Another great community service that provides help to those in the community in need of their assistance
CCS hosted a citizenship application assistance day where attorneys wearing Amazon badges helped my wife and others fill out the long and laborious citizenship application. What a blessing for us! She arrived with a green card about 12 years ago, but this task was always too daunting. Grateful for the help.
Great place and people!
Stuff suck hete
A wonderful place to receive services. Very friendly place.
A place to find help and caring words.

Great i hope they out reach. Who they need
Very helpful and generous.
For social services, this place is excellent. There are limitations of what they can do and funding is tight. They have given us ideas and hope we can make it

And for those that know about the crossland it isnt the best place but it is where i can be but until i can find something better at least i am not on the streets Ame i can say that part now the hen done had them turn my phone off niw i know i got to go ASAP no communication to the world not even then nit good at all thank God for my cellphone HUH
These people help way beyond most places, the attorney here is brilliant, the services they offer helps in so many ways just love this place
If you truly need help and are not working the system this place really wants to help.
Great service helpful staff they are very good to all that need there help
Workers dont show up and when they do they are never on time. Supervisors have lots of excuses but no solutions. Absolute terrible service to go through for elder care.
The people there are very pleasant. I received the help I needed. I appreciate that.
They were very nice and very helpful with what I needed. I felt genuinely cared about and that my needs were truly their concern.
I went to a job fair here it was pretty nice well organized different kind of companies wanting to hire people
These people are law breakers!!!!! Socially injustice!!!! Humanly unethical!!! They make up their own laws!!! These people think its a joke to be homeless!!! They violate Federal government laws and also McKinley Vento Act!!! Justice or else!! 10-10-15
Among many other things, Randolph Carter center has an Orca Lift office where you can apply for and receive a reduced fare card. More to come....
They offer Great Community Services, showcasing The Love Of Christ.
Could have been more understand to my situation.
Exceptional staff always willing to be helpful, a great place to find resources, and a true blessing to the community.

Great staff in support of community transition and resources
Make sure that you have an appointment when you go here otherwise they just point to the phone in the corner & tell you to make an appointment. Otherwise, staff helpful & friendly.
They were helpful, they had resources thats not available to the general public.
These guys do such great work..
Very helpfull in several different ways
Know the facts when it comes to these entities
I was placed on the H.E.N. program by DSHS back in August of last year. In September I had two different opportunities for really nice housing. One was on a boat. One was in a brand new building that had a loft bedroom. Because there was no staff for 2 weeks in September of last year to house people and take care of the paperwork necessary to do so, I lost out on these opportunities. Also tried to work with Alberta one of the housing staff people. She initially told me that when I found housing, to contact them and they get right on it. Almost a year later a letter was sent to me stating that every 3 months I need to be reassessed for my needs! Obviously half ass! At that point I was told that the housing staff was not the only people that could take care of paperwork and that a lot of the people there are volunteers. So apparently that makes it all right to not house people and lose them in the bureaucracy while they suffer outside! Wouldve been nice to know this last September when I was trying to be very thorough with Alberta, calling her, leaving voicemail messages and leaving emails that were all unresponded to. Terrible program, was placed on the program because of disability. About 1 months ago was assessed as no longer eligible for the program, as if Im suddenly not disabled! They also lied to me, stating that I would have a bus card for July and August. July went through and on August 2nd I needed to go to a doctors appointment in excessive heat. I got on the bus only to find that the bus card didnt work! I then called up CCS and was told that the card wasnt paid for because I was cut out of the program!! So apparently F me and F my doctors appointment!!Its a sad travesty that this is the only housing program that King County works with. It doesnt work! CCS claimed that I had funding available for a 1 bedroom unit for a little over $800 per month. This means that the program saved $800 times 12 months ($11,200!!!!!!!!) while I am still forced to rot outside as a disabled low-income vulnerable adult, only getting sicker from this forced punishment. I hope for a day when theres enough decent human beings that every human being is allowed to have housing!!CCS: Thanks for being useless! Still homeless 16 MONTHS later...
Horrible service
Really helpful and nice staff
They just gave me a bunch of useless numbers and showed me the door. Would not let me sign in even after coming at the prescribed time Between 2-4 pm. Very discouraging.
Before and after you are enrolled of the process there is a variety of support
Not alot of help here unless you need pampers and baby close
