Fantastic gym! I started here about a year ago. Of course its temporarily closed now due to the pandemic, but it should be reopening again soon. Cant wait to go back. Great group of talented men and women with a good attitude. Not bid egos. Come train with us!

Awesome Muay Thai gym! The coaches are great and really care about their students. Great place to go if you just want exercise, or you are training for a fight. You will get an amazing workout but will not be pushed to fight if you dont want to. Strong emphasis on technique and doing everything right. They also teach the clinch, which is something you wont get at cardio kickboxing gyms.

After previously training in Thailand, I needed to find a Muay Thai gym at home in Seattle. I had taken some time off and was a bit nervous to start up classes again, but both Kim and Eric were incredibly kind and welcoming! They run a wonderful gym that truly has heart and Im so lucky to have had this experience!

The head trainer Kim, is very professional and precise in his instructions. I have consistently gotten a great workout and solid fundamental knowledge with each successive classes I have attended. This is a great, great school. The lessons are intense, while the atmosphere always remains relaxed. It makes for a perfect environment to learn a lot, get a great workout, and consistently have fun at the same time.The instructors are extremely knowledgable, and provide lots of options and insight. But this isnt some military style gym or, ultimate fighters only place. Students are encouraged to develop their own goals, if any, and the instructors do a great job of keeping those in mind.Ive been doing martial arts for 20 years and can say from experience that this is one of the good ones.
