It was my first time at Beehive but most definitely not the last! Cierra did a wonderful job on my hair. I really appreciate how gently she treated my thin hair and sensitive scalp. I love getting my hair cut by Clarize at Beehive West Seattle! She listens to me, understands the texture of my hair, helps me make informed decisions (like do I want bangs in the summer time? Consider XYZ), and doesn’t make me feel embarrassed or ashamed about my low-maintenance attitude toward beauty. She makes me feel welcome, and I walk out of there looking pretty. Highly recommend her and the salon overall, which is pleasant and in a great location near The Junction.

Love the pampering and the services at Beehive Salon - I have been going here for over 5 years. Since they use Aveda products, you know the products are safe. I get so many compliments on my hair cut on my color. I love going to get my hair cut, it is a special treat and during non Covid - the tea that you get with your hair cut is amazing!

Lauren is an expert at wrangling my crazy course, brunette mane. I leave silky and stylish every time. Shes an artist with color, too, conquering the brass and making it look natural. And shes super nice and easy going. Cant ask for a better stylist.

Ciara (spelling?) did my hair. She did a fantastic job too. She listened to what I told her I wanted, was very thoughtful in her approach and did not disappoint! Can’t wait to go back in 7 weeks but you should get in while you can. She will be impossible to book in no time, I can tell.

Lauren Little does an amazing job as a colorist and stylist. She’s experienced and very good at understanding what you want and if you’re open to it, suggesting color & styles that would work best for you. I trust her 100% with my hair.The salon is cute and spacious. They take extra care with cleaning and sanitizing. Everyone wears a mask and they limit the number of people. Great place with great professionals.

I have had her cut my hair in three extremely different styles. They were all perfectly done.

The staff, from the front desk to the stylists, make it their priority to make you as comfortable as possible. The stylists Ive been to have been amazing at working with me and collaborating on styles Ive loved. I have to recommend Clarize especially! She clearly knows what shes doing and, after just seeing her a few times for bang trims and then wanting a real cut from her, she pretty much already knew what kind of look i wanted to go for and was really great to work with. Its always a really pleasant experience going in!

Went last weekend for the first time. I had a cut with Kelly. She did a great job, I love my new look! She was friendly and not overtly talkative but there wasnt awkward silence either. Ill definitely be back!

The staff here is fantastic. The atmosphere is lovely. There is plenty of parking. I was thrilled when I heard Beehive opened in W Seattle, because I couldnt wait to see Katie again for my hair. It had been almost 2 years since I stopped making the trip to tangle town because of my work schedule. Katie remembered me and details about my hair preferences! Shes amazing, and Meg is a lot of fun too.

I recently moved to the West Seattle area and tried out numerous stylists and salons prior to finding Beehive. Prior to Beehive, I was seldom satisfied with the haircuts that I would receive. I would chalk it up to the two week rule (i.e., you have to wait two weeks for the haircut to look good) and realized this rule was a fallacy once I went to Beehive.I have now received multiple haircuts from Kelly at Beehive and continue to leave satisfied. She is always willing to work with my obscure requests and seems to enjoy the venture rather than becoming frustrated with the process. She has gained an excellent feel for my hair-type, style, etc. and it has become an effortless process for her.Overall, I would rate both Beehive and Kelly 5/5.

Jill is an eyebrow artist! My visits to Beehive are a triple threat 1) eyebrow tint ✅ 2) eyebrow wax ✅ 3) hanging out with Jill ✅Also, the front desk staff are always so nice and helpful and just pretty wonderful.

Incredibly poor customer service. My friend gets cuts here and recommended Katie, who was not taking new clients. They recommended Laura and scheduled me an appointment, but did not tell me it was going to be at the tangletown location instead of the West Seattle location, where Katie is located on saturdays. When I arrived at 9 am on a Saturday for my haircut in West Seattle, the manager Annie, said she could understand my frustration, but did not once apologize. Over the next two weeks, she could only offer 2 appointment spots on a weekend or after 4pm, and both were with different stylists than the ones I was hoping to work with. That was it. When I told her those options were extremely limited, she told me there was nothing else she could do and sent me out the door so she could get to the next customer. I really appreciate when managers acknowledge joint responsibility for a mistake and work to make accommodations, recognizing that the customer is also adjusting expectations. That was not the case here.

I’ve been to Beehive Salon in Tangletown so I had high hopes coming to the West Seattle location. All my expectations were exceeded with great customer service and Meg did some magic on my hair ! I came in with little idea of what I wanted other than healthy hair, and she gave me the haircut I never knew I wanted! I can’t wait until my next appointment!

I wont go anywhere else. I am a particular fan of Anna. Anna has a knack for listening to what her clients want. I like more extreme hair cuts, and she can do that. My friend, who also sees Anna, likes more subtle things done with her hair, and Anna can do that too.

I came in around April to get a soft balayage added to my hair (I even brought in pictures). At the time, my hair was healthy, only with a few hi-lights! However, the stylist straight bleached everything and I was now completely blond. I knew it was very damaged right away, but still tried to live with it, as I was trying to grow long hair. Its now November and Ive finally given up on the damage and had over 6 cut off. While the staff are friendly and the facilities nice... the long term loss & expenses spent trying to repair my hair have left me very heartbroken.

Jills facials are amaaaaazing! She caters each facial to my issues, and Beehive is a beautiful place! Cant wait to return :)
