Unfortunately, I have to give Title Boxing a 2 star review for their predatory charging practices. I cancelled my gym membership on 07.06.21, and was subsequently charged on 08.01.21 for another month of membership. I was told that they require 30 days of notice, and therefore the charge is justified, but my membership will be cancelled on 08.06.21 and even if I wanted to I wouldnt be able to use my membership then. So essentially its $119.00 wasted and all due to it being a corporate move to make money - really disappointing. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Go local instead.

Great place ran by great people. Trainer Mac has good energy and directs real workouts with actual skill training and never brings that corniness that you might find at some these other sub par boxing classes you’ll find online. This place is the real deal Chico, always recommend 🤙

Horrible customer service. Dont go here or sign any contracts! My husband signed a 3 month prepaid contract. The person helping him said he wouldnt be charged (and why would you!) after the three months ended - but apparently it was in the contract that he would continue to be charged monthly after that. It ended in March and he hasnt been back since. They tried to charge his card for April, but he got a new card, so the charge didnt go through. This week, we got a letter in the mail from COLLECTIONS saying he owed them. When he called to resolve with Title Boxing in Greenwood, the girl on the phone was rude and said you should have known and you have to deal with it and pay. To add insult to injury, he couldnt cancel over the phone, and now has to go in and to cancel this membership he didnt even know he had.I would expect a company whos business is based on customer satisfaction and loyalty to be more understanding and be more helpful in trying to resolve the situation - forgiving the charges to continue the relationship and helping the client understand so the issue doesnt happen again. Instead, they burned a bridge and we will never return. I plan to share this with any and all friends and coworkers who are considering title boxing as a workout gym - there are PLENTY of other workout gyms in Seattle who value their clients and treat you better than Title Boxing does.

With the recent spike in Covid-19 cases, I want to cancel my membership, but they are telling me that I have to go IN PERSON to that, when a big part of the reason Im cancelling is the IN PERSON portion. Aside from being a cheap sales tactic, aimed at making it difficult for people to cancel memberships, this is just irresponsible and goes against the Governors decrees that we need to limit unnecessary contact due to the Coronavirus Pandemic! When you look at their Yelp reviews, its clear that this has been a major problem for them, throughout 2020. Levi, the manager, continues to claim that because this policy is written down in the paperwork, somehow that makes it legitimate. Writing a bad policy down on paper doesnt change the fact that its a bad policy, Levi.

Title took the time to teach me the hits before class to make sure I had proper form and knew what I was doing. The instructor was amazing during the class and made sure I was doing the hits correctly. This was an amazing workout! The best thing about Title Greenwood (aside from the amazing workout) is the people. From the moment I walked in people were greeting me, joking around and showing me the ropes. It is an awesome community!

I love Title Boxing Gym in Greenwood. The quality trainers know how to teach, inspire and encourage to you keep moving and to work your hardest. Its a fun atmosphere- great music, kind owners, and knowledgeable staff. Overall, this is a wonderful community committed to healthy and balanced lifestyles. Plus the gym is constantly sponsoring and supporting local non profits in the Seattle area. Wonderful place, you wont regret stopping in and trying out a class! Boxing and kickboxing are by far the best workouts Ive ever experienced. 👍🏽👌🏽

This is a great workout option for the family. My family of 4 has been attending for about 9 months now, and weve enjoyed every one of the trainers on staff. They have classes throughout the day, every day, and are responsive to feedback on how to provide a better experience for their members, including adding new classes when demand is there.Kids (mine are 8 and 12) are welcome at every class, but they also offer an afternoon class specifically for the younger set. They even adjusted the time of the class to accommodate an earlier release for the updated school year. The workouts themselves are intense and challenging, and the trainers do a good job to modify the workouts to accommodate varying skill levels. Im not here to learn how to box, but their continual emphasis on proper form ensures that I stay mentally engaged throughout as well. The facility is always very clean, well lit, and has a good selection of well-maintained equipment to use if its your first time. However, Im sure youll be picking out your own custom pair of gloves to buy if you give it a try.

I have joined about 2 months now. I tried the free class - Greg convinced me to try it. As soon as the session ended, I signed up. I have been going there 5/7. Absolutely awesome environment. Let me define awesome .Very friendly crew. Knowledgeable trainers. Some trainers focus on technique more than others, a perfect balance. Facilities are well maintained. The hours meet my needs. I wish they add a few more options on weekends.I found other members very supportive, especially during your first few session.

I just recently started last year and had to take off several months due to travel for work. The manager was very accommodating and easy to work with! The instructors are all very knowledgable and fun to work out with, even at 0600! I hate working out in the morning and hate even more waking up in the morning... but Manny was great to work out with and kept the energy alive! He is so funny and helps you wake up quick and ready for the day! There was one day that a few of us misread the calendar and came in for an afternoon 4pm work out. It was for kids only. The manager made a quick little work out for us to do in the corner! That was going above and beyond and again appreciative!Janet is also an amazing instructor. She is very encouraging even when your moves are completely off from what the round is!

The class workouts are fun and so the class goes by really fast. The core exercises are terrific. Everyone is very friendly. Being female, I thought I would feel out of place but there are lots of women members. The first class was tough but I appreciated the instructors giving modifications in case like me you are not in as tip top shape as they are. :) They have a free try a class so I recommend you try it! They have a family membership available which I use quite a bit. My daughter enjoys it too and is doing it to fulfill her p.e. requirement.

Agree with all the 1 star reviews warning folks not to go here because of the bad customer service and money hungry contract practices. They don’t make the cancellation policy clear so be warned: you can’t cancel a 12 month membership unless you get disabled or move far enough away. The coaches are cliquey and can’t be bothered providing extra help to new folks. Went there for 6 months 2-3 times a week and only one coach (Janet) bothered to learn my name. Also after I told them to make sure to cancel my membership after the 12 month contract ended, they never did so I got charged again this month. The last thing is that they asked me for my feedback on the gym. I told them how disappointing it is that they do not recognize pride month in any way, shape or form, yet they do all these other things like decorate for Halloween, the holidays, a ‘pencil drive’ for kids in the Philippines. They got very defensive and said that actions matter more than words or visual cues (their excuse for not putting up any flags or rainbow decorations). I’m still waiting to know what actions they take to support and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. They are happy taking our membership money but not willing to recognize our existence in their space. It’s good knowing exactly where businesses stand because I just won’t spend my money at a place like this and if this matters to you, you shouldn’t either. This place treats customers like it’s a franchise. Definitely don’t recommend.

(Edit to reply to the owners comment: I didnt say I was unaware of the policy, I just said it was a terrible policy that only hurts your customers. Please read carefully before responding)Terrible cancellation policy. You can’t cancel over the phone. They make you come in to cancel, even though the form you fill out has four fields that you could’ve told them over the phone. Then they have a one month cancellation “grace period” which means they will charge you for another month of membership fees for no particular reason. They clearly prey on people who can’t jump through hoops to cancel their membership. Clear sign that they are not in this business for the right reasons.

Update: Its now two years later and still love this place completely. I was out for a while with a head injury and coming back was really difficult. I am not at the same physical level I was prior to the accident, but the only thing holding me back was myself. All of the trainers have been awesomely encouraging, the workouts can be tailored to any skill level, and most importantly, TITLE remains an amazingly supportive environment. Best gym youll ever find.I have been trying to do some form of strength training for a while and have tried many different things. I never considered boxing because it seemed like a silly class - like Zumba or something. Until my friend told me to try Title boxing for free. I was hooked within the first five minutes because thats all it took to prove how intense and FUN boxing is. I joined immediately and havent regretted it for a minute. Everyone is SO helpful and accommodating to whatever skill level you have and they push you to get better every day. I have only been a member for a month and already see awesome results that I couldnt achieve on my own (mostly because I get bored too easily). This place is fast-paced, intense and EFFECTIVE! Whether you want to up your boxing skills or just get the best full-body workout youve ever had - you have to go to Title. Im never leaving.

Do not go. I recommended this club before but I highly suggest not to go like many high profile franchises they only care about their bottom line. I was a member but due to an unfortunate car accident I was unable to attend classes. I had sent multiple letters from my Dr. advising me not to continue any martial arts training. They still continued to charge my card; after making multiple calls(to only be put on hold then later would be disconnected) after multiple attempts to correct the situation it still unresolved.

Ive been a member for a while now after trying out many other gyms in the Seattle (other boxing, MMA, and traditional gyms) and can say without a doubt this is the best experience. The classes are always new and exciting, you can try out different styles (for instance traditional kickboxing or Muay Thai), and every trainer is a bit different which keeps it interesting.I think the most distinguishing aspect for me versus other gyms was the personal touch and attention given. The coaches are friendly and helpful in and out of the ring, and as someone who has some prior experience with martial arts, I really appreciated them correcting my technique if they saw me doing something wrong. This was really important to me, not only because it helped me improve my abilities, but also reduces potential injury and made the overall experience more enjoyable. This is definitely a differentiating aspect of the gym you dont find at others.Overall, cannot say enough good things

I like that the workout has a good warmup, a fantastic full body workout, and the core section. It has become my alternative to running, and Title Boxing has become a very important part of my fitness routine. Id like to learn a bit more about how to use some of the boxing movements for self defense if Im attacked. I also enjoy the variety between the different instructors - no two are alike. I have learned to like a style of music that I was not familiar with. The club is clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Title Boxing has a family feeling, and its a good thing!

My friend convinced me to try out TITLE a few weeks ago. I walked in not knowing what to expect, and walked out with a new membership. I take Barre3 classes 5-7 days a week and find boxing is the perfect compliment. It gets my heart rate up and provides a full body workout in a much more exciting way than a trip to the gym. I actually canceled my gym membership since theres a treadmill and some weights in the back of TITLE if I ever need it. I prefer a couple of trainers over the others. Everyones style is different which is fine, but Id recommend Manny or Irie for someones first class. Grab a friend and try it out!

Sent me to a debt collector. My credit card was stolen and I forgot this recurring payment was on that card (which I canceled of course). I havent been to Title since I moved further away, and they dont let you cancel on the phone, they make you go in to the club. So basically Ive been paying my monthly dues past my contract, and the first thing i get when they dont receive their monthly payment is a letter from a debt collector. No call from Title, no email, no text, just a letter from a debt collector.
