I started here as a complete beginner, and I’ve felt welcome and comfortable since day one. The blast off class was perfect for easing me into CrossFit, and the coaches have always been willing to modify workouts for my bum shoulder. The coaches and owners are incredible people who have turned this gym into a community and family. I feel a stronger sense of connection to my neighborhood since joining and love that I get to work out with friends every day.

Great gym overall, great community, solid coaching. Ive been to a bunch of crossfit boxes, and this is the first one that doesnt make me feel like Im part of a cash grab. The owners seem to love making this the best possible gym for the people that work out here, and they do a good job of it.

I had back surgery almost 10 years ago and going to rocket has been exactly what I’ve needed to keep me strong. Quality staff and trainers….I am mainly a morning person and have had tremendous instruction from Alyssa & Bradys team...Thanks to Drama, Jen, Azur, Dan, Kyle, Kelly and Celia. You guys Rock!
