Thee most amazing resource center in Seattle. The people are courteous and emphatically cordial. Whether you need counseling, clothing, or just wanna get something life changing off your chest, give them a call.
They gave me enough baby clothes to last til my Daughter is 6 Months...Three garbage bags full and majority of it still had the store tags on them.New bottles, pacifiers, diapers and books! Im overjoyed! This place is beyond great.
Employee Kayla was polite & professional! She had my order ready at the door. Kayla is extremely helpful & expresses words of encouragement to families. I am also thankful to Wellspring Baby Boutique for providing a service for low income families.
Karla & Karly Lee are the most kindest & caring employees who go out of their way to meet your family’s needs & wants. Thank you ladies for being so awesome!!!!!!!!!
I donated some clothing to Wellspring recently because I think goodwill has become too corporate, and even if they aren’t they throw away a HUGE amount of stuff because they get way more donated than even they can handle. They’ll give you a receipt for a tax write off but it still seems more like *they’re* doing *you* a favor by taking your stuff. Plus it’s not even like your donations go directly to people in need—what does make it into goodwill stores they often price like a consignment store or sometimes even above retail, without even checking for quality or condition. So I was pleasantly surprised at Wellspring’s display of what seemed like sincere gratitude without any of the bored, jaded attitude of the typical goodwill donation station person. That, combined with the fact that my donation will be given, for free, to someone in need, was already enough to ensure all my donations for the foreseeable future... so imagine my surprise when I actually received a thank you letter! These are signs of a well run non profit organization, I like what they’re doing to help homeless families and, last but still very important; Wellspring, thank you very much for thanking me. I was happy to help and, honestly, I feel better knowing the stuff will get used, so you are doing me a favor by finding a good use for it.
I called to get some stuff for my three kids. Instead they give me a bag full of trash. Nothing was useful. Wasted my time driving an hour back and forth.
Wellspring Family Services has been helpful in the past but now they are very unprofessional. They make appointments for you to come in person without even checking if you are qualified for rent assistance. If you cannot pay your rent, what else needs to happen to qualify you? Ive sent several tenants to Wellspring only to hear about dead ends.
I stopping coming to Wellspring after all of the providers I use left the practice. It seems really weird to me that no one wants to work for these people. The main office was impossible to reach about billing and admin type issues. Overall just shady behavior. The providers were great while they were theee... I have a feeling the company itself sucks, and that is why everyone left.
Love all the clothes and items I get for my baby girl and for my older daughter! Everything is so nice, clean and in style and the customer service is Great!!
Terrible. How do places like this stay in business. People call when they have mental health needs, and it is a difficult call to make. Instead of making it easy, they make it as difficult as possible. They do not return phone calls promptly, then they discriminate against you depending on which insurance you have, then they say you cannot be put on a list for service, so just call back everyday to see if we have someone who will take your insurance. Really pathetic. They run your mental health like a McDonalds. Avoid.
My son is learning, and hes happy.A good early education program, wellspring also provides assistance with housing and other needful resources.
Been in the therapy program for over a year and couldnt be happier. I feel at peace with my life.
I moved from California 6 months ago. I was sentenced by a judge to take DV classes in Washington when I moved because my psycho ex-girlfriend filed a restraining order under a false claim. But anyway, I have anxiey issues so Ive been SEPARATELY seeking psychiatric care for that. For some odd, unnecessary reason, my admission into Wellspring was being delayed. After no communication from Gary Sarozek, I called HIM to find out what the hold up was. He told me that he had called my therapist and that she said she hadnt heard from me yet to set up an appointment so he was delaying my case because of that. So I called my therapist, made an appointment, asked her to call Mr. Sarozek and let him know I had gotten in touch with her. I hear nothing from Mr. Sarozek until I get a letter in the mail this week sent to both me AND the courts in California overseeing my probation, stating that I had not been in communication with Wellspring and had been terminated from the program.Nobody EVER explained to me that my PRIVATE mental health care was in ANY way related to my DV class at WFS, or WHY it was,,,until I get a letter in the mail saying Ive been terminated after paying $175 for intake.
