I was so happy to see that J.P. was still around! He fixed my iMac 5 years ago perfectly. My computer was 12 years old and died. He was able to recover my data! I am so grateful to have all of my kids baby pictures restored onto my external hard drive. He is professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and did it all in a timely fashion. Needed a new battery for my 2015 Macbook Pro. Drive to Apple Store, they diagnose and say it needs to be flown to TX or CA for offsite repair, maybe 1-2 week turnaround, could be longer. I call My Mac Hero, text details of what I need, provide serial #, and get confirmation that not only do they have the battery in stock but they can get me in next day while JP fixes on the spot. Same price as Apple Store. All happens as advertised, even faster (15-20min battery swap). And excellent customer service. 5/5 all day, thank you! Pros. Will be back.

Max from My Mac Hero was great. Cordial, timely, knowledgeable - thats rare this days, especially when it comes to the tricky business of repairs. I brought my iMac in to fix a power problem, and Dario even fixed my iPhone for free as additional service.
