Been their client for years. Last couple of times, called with an emergency issue and was told someone will call back in a few minutes and no one did. 3rd time, called a week in advance and made an appointment, called a day prior to confirm and was told that were all set for the scheduled time. No call, no show. Called the office and the person I spoke with said hell call me back after checking with the tech - no response for 30 minutes. Called back and was told someone will be there in 20 - 25 minutes. Our staff blocked off time from their schedules to be available to get their issues resolved and an hour and a half has passed and no one here to help.
The most dishonest people Ive ever worked with. Especially that disgusting guy named Robert. They pretend to be your buddy, then screw you. Stay away!
I called in to provide our IT services to their organization and a gentleman was very rude and started to swear at me for absolutely no reason at all. They had done an order with us in the past and I was following up if they required anything else.
I am changing my review to 3 stars. This company charged me over $800 for back visits that included the technician fixing program errors with key system, security, and explaining how to use the phones (all elements of a larger project costing over $25k). They sent me extra phones in error; it took 2+ months to get a refund. I would like to have the option to decline a service visit if each time you charge me $150 for simple issues. They never told me I would be charged for each individual visit and surprise me with a bill saying its overdue (3 months later!!). Who does that?! The only reason I am not giving this company 1 star is because I appreciate the technicians; but the billing practices are dishonest & unprofessional.
