He was quick, educational, and extremely patient. He did not make me feel like the computer moron that I can sometimes be. That alone is providing service above and beyond the call of duty. If only all computer issues could be handled so efficiently. If only all IT services made it seem as easy as Dynamic Computing - Seattle does.
