Never thought I’d ever be a person with a favorite tailor, but here we are. I love Total Fashion. They have altered pants and overalls for my wife and I and the quality of work, pricing, and turnaround have all been exceptional. I run a barbecue business and once spilt a whole pan of rib grease down the back of my wife’s favorite coat. Whoops! No fear, Total Fashion’s cleaning service to the rescue. Stain was completely removed and the pricing was very reasonable. We’ve also had vintage wool clothing and blankets cleaned and the service is next to none. Very happy to support this business, and I assure you will not regret doing the same.

The proprietor is very polite. They can explain how they will repair your garment. The prices are reasonable. Currently only accepting cash during the pandemic. At the pick up, my long wool jacket looked as good as new - couldn’t even see the repair.

Very nice owner! I’ve taken several small jobs in over the last year (jeans to be hemmed, fixes in sweaters and such) and she’s always so friendly! She’s also consistently done a great job. Glad I found her and I’ll keep going back.

I am completely impressed. I brought a faux leather coat that needed the sleeves shortened and instead of just chopping them off and hemming them, she tapered the sleeves and finished them making the coat look a lot better. Perfect stitching. I have had a lot of alterations done but this is my new and only go to for that. Dont waste your time on anyone else. Their prices are competitive with much less skilled tailors and their abilities are haute couture.

Outstanding! I am writing this review for the amazing experience I had at the end of April, the night before our wedding. The beautiful belt I was to wear with my wedding dress arrived around 5 pm the night before our wedding and did not fit! It was significantly too large for my waist. I rushed to the two alteration shops in our neighborhood and unfortunately neither were able to alter it on short notice. I frantically called Total Fashion and the most lovely woman said that she would keep the store open so that I could bring it in that night. I hurried over and showed her the belt. To my enormous relief, she told me that she would take the belt home with her that night and shorten it for me to wear in the morning. I felt so grateful that I started crying and hugged her. At 7 am the next morning we picked up the belt and headed straight downtown to start getting ready for our wedding.The belt fit absolutely perfect and looked beautiful. You could not tell that it had been altered.I will be forever grateful for the kindness that she showed. She turned a very stressful event into a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend this alteration shop.

Shes good at what she does but she will charge you for some services you didnt even ask for just because she felt like it. I asked for one of my pants to get a trim at the leg and she hemmed it which was an extra $15 to make it look skinnier. I also gave her a week (7 days) to tailor 6-7 pants and after picking up the pants the next day she texted me and claimed to have forgot to give me one of my pants. Which I had to pick up another day. Very nice lady, but I think Ill go somewhere else next time.

Took my favorite coat to get zipper replaced and snaps replaced. Didnt have michine to add a new snap and is quite expensive for a large coat zipper. But because of the location l give my business.

I cannot recommend this place enough! They were so kind to get my garment altered SO quickly for my event that was happening in two days! I cant thank them enough for their kindness and impeccable work that was done on my outfit. Thank you!!!

My go-to tailor, Ive found their turn-around times to be quick and the service to be friendly. Once I had the seam on a hem break/tear a few weeks after getting my pants back. Took them back and they were repaired free of charge, on the spot.

Due to my height I have to buy tall/long pants then have them hemmed up a couple inches. Its hard to find a good tailor for alterations who isnt too pricey. This place has worked well for me. Pants come back with even, professional hems and doesnt cost as much as places in downtown Seattle.I recommend trying on your items as he will pin the hem exactly how you want them. Remember to wear shoes with the heel height you intend to wear the pants or dress with (I made that mistake once).I have not tried their dry cleaning services.
