We hired Steve Gerken because we were told he was a perfectionist and that’s what we wanted. We were in the middle of construction on a new bathroom when our builder moved on leaving us with a million lose-ends and the fear that the project would never be completed. Mr. Gerken installed the marble tiles we’d picked for the floor and shower and the precision and design were exquisite. He installed the walls and textured them with a plaster cat-face, and did the thousand and one things that needed doing to bring the project to a beautiful conclusion. I’m so grateful that he kept the electricians and the plumbers from taking shortcuts that would have undone the look we were going for, and that he took such care and effort to do things right. I can’t say enough good things about the man or his work. Perfect!
