Great services as always. The mechanic was great and fit me in even though they were very busy. They are very honest and trustworthy with their work.

When do you want your car fixed? Right away? I called on Monday, they got me in on Tuesday, picked up my car at the end of the day. Full inspection. 135000 mile service. Oil change. Wheel alignment. Front brakes. All one day. Thats the kind of service I like.

Matts is great!I didnt realize they were by appointment only and when I went to their Greenwood location, I had put off having oil changed and my car was desperately in need of oil. The guy at the front was so nice! He wasnt able to fit in me in for an oil change for a few weeks, but he took the time to check the levels on my car and put a some oil in the tank without asking for anything in return!He suggested I call their Aurora location to see if they could fit me in sooner. I called them the next day and got scheduled for the next week. Dropping off my car and picking it up was painless and pleasant. Ryan at the front was friendly and helpful! They have a nice clean facility and they didnt try to up-sell me on anything. Im so excited to have finally found a trustworthy place to bring my car!Thank you!!

I just love these guys. Fast, honest, reasonable. I took my car in for a recall and came out with a list of $1000 worth of repairs. I called Matts and ran through the list. They looked up my old records and reminded me about services I had done recently. I could skip most of it. They are so kind and easy to talk to. I think of them as a friend who knows a lot about cars... call them up and see what you need and theyll walk you through it honestly.

They helped me figure out what was wrong with my car and figured out it was under warranty. Saving me a few grand. They could have easily gotten me to pay more but instead they were honest, and very helpful. This is where I will be taking my car from now on. I went to Matts in Greenwood for a bit, until they opened this Aurora location, which is more convenient for me, and I like them both. Yesterday I called them with a semi-urgent matter, and they went way above and beyond to get me fixed up as soon as they could, even though they didnt have time in their schedule to do so. They have gone above and beyond every time I have interacted with them - exemplary service all around - thank you!

I had a fantastic experience at Matts. My sun roof got stuck open on a rainy day (January Seattle) and not only were they able to get me in that day to fix the issue, they were very generous with their time and billed me for less than would have been fair. Matt was there when I brought my car in and I could tell that he and his staff cared more about me and helping me solve my problems than making money or selling me things I didnt need. I highly recommend this shop.
