This is just a call center that finds independent contractors. I had an appointment for a routine furnace check. It was getting late in the day so I called to see where the tech was. I was told the tech had COVID and needed to be in the hospital. They rescheduled my appointment. 10 minutes later, the tech called me and was confused. He said he felt fine and could come check the furnace for cash or check. I said no thanks and made an appointment with a different company.Good luck getting them to stand behind their work. They’re not the ones doing it.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Benjamin Heating And Cooling. They explained in great detail how they would replace my furnace and air conditioner. Their estimates are also very fair and affordable. The work was completed on time for a very good price, and so far the air conditioner is working extremely well. I would definitely recommend this company for your AC projects.

Set up 2 days where they didnt show up but made me wait around for hours. I had to call both times to ask what was going on. Horrible and would not recommend. So many other people to use.
