They wont tell me if the techinicians are vaccinated. Why on earth would anyone allow someone to wax their eyebrows/etc, leaning over me, breathing on my face. Good grief. I am not that vain. Ill find a salon that guarantees vaccinated staff.

My first time here and everything was great. The place was very clean which was my biggest concern especially since its a wax business. The women who work here all treated me well. I am definited going back here again. I recommend Natalie.

Love our eatetician Mia she is awesome, very personable and does a great job with my daughters eyebrows. The complaint I have is with the ladies at the front desk....not very friendly and on my last recent visit I was overcharged for a procedure that was not done. I had even called ahead to have the procedure taken off and they assured me it was, but it was not. So I paid for something that was not performed. Wish I had a better experience with checking in and checking out. I stay because Mia is worth it.

Ive had great experiences using hard wax and EWC does a great job. Every esthetician Ive had is well trained and is quick. They raised their prices last year which was disappointing but if you buy a package with the 3 free deal to going on its still a good deal.
