Fast, fair, efficient, and professional. Michael believes in old fashioned customer service and takes pride in the quality of every transfer right down to the label he produces for you. Every flash drive he used to consolidate all our family DVDs was indexed internally making it easy to find whatever we were wanting to review. He is a talented expert and has on site all the equipment needed to do an excellent, first class job. Highly recommended!
Awesome services. High quality transfers to my USB drives and quick service as well. Great place to transfer your old VHS and beta max stuff.
Im an actor and film producer whos been around the block. Michael and DVD Transfer Station do incredible work. As a matter of fact 2 of my films were transferred to digital form and are now playing on many formats, (Amazon Prime, Google Play, VUDU, PlayStation and many more. I highly recommend DVD Transfer station. Love their work!!!
Got a shoe box full of old Beta tapes recorded on an old camcorder. To most people, they would be considered just boring old home movies. But these tapes contain family members no longer with us, Recorded at a time I wish we could just go back to. At the time of the recordings..this was already a LONG dead technology..and now..theres simply NO way to view these tapes. Michael is able to move the content onto a flash drive..which allows you to view your videos on any smart TV, Laptop/computer and even most video game consoles. Just plug it right in and you are in business. Not only that..since the material isnt copyrighted..you can Email it to friends/family and even upload it to social media for all to see. All this was accomplished quickly and in a friendly manner, at a very dismissable cost. I encourage anyone in a similar situation to go in and see what this place can do for you!
I have had multiple VHS tapes digitized here. Michael is fantastic!
DVD Transfer Station provides a phenomenal service. I had precious old home movie film and old video tapes from my family growing up transferred to DVD and flash drives. They came out excellent! Everyone who has seen the movies is amazed at the quality considering many of the home movies were over 60 years old. I transferred them as a gift to share with my family to enjoy and relive wonderful times weve celebrated. Michael took great care of me and did a terrific job and I couldnt be happier. Awesome work, awesome service! Thanks so much, Cliff
Every experience I have had over the years with Michael, the owner, has been most positive. He always goes out of his way to be of help, often, as today, with a smile, but no charge. Seems like you can count on him to do the right thing, busy as he might be. Clearly, I strongly recommend him.
Mike at DVD Transfer Station is great! He transferred and combined a VHS tape and a cassette audio recording onto a thumb drive, and made several copies so I can give them to family. We have watched/listened to it, and both the movie and audio turned out great. The cost was modest, it took only a couple of days, and Mike is great to work with. I can highly recommend DVD Transfer Station.
A bit expensive, but my 50-70 year old films were worth digitizing. Great work done.
I am incredibly grateful for Michael and DVD Transfer Station. I had a super important project (getting a recorded lecture onto a DVD that could play in a DVD player) and I was tearing my hair out trying to get it to work! He was patient (even when the fact that everything I had was formatted for a Mac caused some hiccups), kind, and WAY less expensive than the other quotes I received. I really enjoyed his cute pup he had there too. I will definitely ask for Michaels help for any other technological needs I have in the future. Thanks again!
Awesome experience...listens to your needs with much patience and care. So happy I found this place that did such a wonderful job...No need to look further, this is THE PLACE!!
I called asking about gift certificates and was very polite and cordial. Michael stated very rudely Im going to go with my instincts, I dont think this is a legitimate call so Im going to pass.Basically, expect rudeness if you ask any questions to Michael at the DVD Transfer Station. All he cares about is your money.Edit: Someone wanted to order a gift certificate online, how would that make them a scammer? How does that mean they want to buy through a third party? Michael is absolutely insane. Avoid his shop like the plague.
Incredible service, professional, exactly on time, perfect transfer of 46 year old cassettes to a memory stick and the cloud. Helpful in every way.
I took a difficult transfer problem to Michael. He worked with me for 45 minutes and solved the problem. He showed me how to do the transfer myself and charged me a minimal price for the help. I recommend his service highly.
Several times now, I have taken business DVDs with problems ranging from format issues, to sound missing, to just needing it done because I didnt have the time. Mike has delivered every time with professionalism and promptly. I highly recommend this shop and will continue to go there.
Great service. They had alot more services than what i went in for. I will be back. Thanks Michael!
This was a while ago but still annoys me since I had to deal with something similar at my own job. Im a video editor, I know that a 1440x1080 HDV tape should come out to AT LEAST 720p when transferred to a digital file. My client paid the owner of this place and was given back 8 tapes transferred in Standard Definition 720 x 480 widescreen... I brought it up to my client, who then called DVD transfer station. My client said I should go in and talk to the guy about it and he seemed fine. I assumed I would be able to figure out what went wrong with the owner so we could redo them, but the guy was clearly offended. He was stiff when I walked in, he talked over me about it even when I tried to explain I do this all the time. He threw out some very low-level technical jargon he thought I wouldnt understand because he didnt know I was a video editor and I could recognize he didnt really care or understand. I brought the tapes with me because I thought he would redo them but he told me it was correct and I was wrong. I was so annoyed I literally went home and recorded all 6 hours of this footage with my own equipment to show my client that I was right and we were getting terrible quality out of him. The footage looked dramatically better (1440x1080 1.33 aspect ratio vs. 720x480 widescreen from this place... less than HALF the quality) but my client was really non-confrontational and didnt want to bring it up to the owner of DVD transfer station to avoid the hassle. Still makes me mad to this day, wasted my time and clients money, which is fine if it was an accident, but THEN got mad at me about it like I was some idiot that didnt know better. I never leave bad reviews but hated this guys attitude.
The owner was a very helpful and knowledgeable person and i recommend his services to anyone and everyone in need of his services trying to save and rewatch memories of the past...long story made short....hes the best
Great service and extremely professional. They call when they say they will call and they deliver a great product.
My wedding is in a few hours and I was freaking out because I couldnt get a sideshow from my computer transferred to a DVD and 4 different places couldnt help! The owner was super friendly and he was done in less than 10 minutes.
Mike was very professional, super helpful, and did a great job with a time-sensitive series of old movies transferred onto DVDs. Highly recommended. I wouldnt use anyone else.
Michael is AMAZING! He helped me convert my vhs to DVD as a xmas gift for my sister and he had it ready for me the next day
They wanted $35 EACH to transfer a cassette to an MP3. I can get a machine at Walmart to do it for less than $50.
