Had a great experience here. Staff and clinic were both lovely. The vibration chair was nice. I was on vacation and my friend was going for her third session so I tagged along for one of my own. I was leaving in a few days so I could not do the recommended three sessions but has a noticeable result with just one visit as pictured. My friends results were amazing so I will follow up at home with a couple of sessions here.

The staff was friendly, but do not believe them when they say less than 3 or 1 percent of people experiencing teeth sensitivity. I got the “regular” treatment and my teeth have been in excruciating pain since I have returned home. The technician said the pain would end by the end of the night, and it has progressively gotten worse. I have never experienced this before and am beyond worried this pain will not go away. In addition, I barely saw results. I understand you have to go numerous times to see better results, but it is not worth this pain. I would rather pay $200 for an actually “professional” whitening.

The staff and environment here are 100% inviting and always have been so conscious of being clean! Both my husband and I have issues with imperfect teeth and have always felt so safe and comfortable with their kindness and professionalism! I am a customer for life and absolutely recommend them for you, as well.💕

Disappointed by the results. Texted to make an appointment and it was pretty easy. Staff was fairly friendly. I got one treatment of the regular strength. I know more than one treatment is recommended for maximum results, however, I decided not to go back because there was zero difference after my first treatment. If I had noticed even a little difference then I probably would have done additional treatments. I did not notice even a slight change in color. It’s probably best to pay more and get a professional whitening at a dentist instead of trying this.

Did 2 sessions. Of extra whiting. Haven’t seen any changes however I’m writing this for the emergency room. My entire mouth is reacting to sensitive. The workings there are really sweet but I won’t be going back for my last treatment. Be careful.

First Im not trying to be rude but Im just not happy with what I just experienced:1. They dont clean up the tooth before they start and they Dont tell you befor.2.you go for the $9 Groupon add, and they give you a recumantion of the extrem or extra for $44 Which is not worth it.(which is all the same,because she did the same thing for me and the next person to me with a regular treatment)3.for my self I didnt see any difference before and after which Im going to send the pictures I toke before I go in.4.Not really professional.5.Not a quite place with the music going on if you like it or no and also 6 patience at 1 room at the same time.6. They say 50 minutes but its only take 30 minutes from start to you walk out

Oh my gosh!!! This was my first time getting my teeth whitened and it was the best experience I could have asked for! My boyfriend normally sees his dentist and pays $300 for a teeth whitening but I convinced him to try this place and man oh man he was so happy he did. Meredith and Sean were the sweetest most welcoming people. The environment was very open and friendly which I loved. The pricing is almost unbelievable so I’m so excited to keep coming back 😍😍😍

This place is great, and Meredith is even better! I really appreciate working with me and just treating your clients well. Came in twice, but gonna have to make another trip because the results were great, thank you again!

White Teeth AZ exceeded all of my expectations! Absolutely amazing customer service all around. The employees are very kind and informative about their services. The prices are phenomenal for what you get! They even have massage chairs for your session! You can use white strips for 2 weeks an hour per day and spend $50 to have them whitened a few shades, or you can go here and spend $50 (which is their extra strength) and have them AT LEAST 10 shades whiter for only 30 minutes of your time. Ill definitely be back!

I had my first session with Lisa it really works!!! In one session my teeth whitened. It is a cute, clean location with friendly staff. Lisa was great at explaining the process and did not get any gel on my gums like the last place. Lisa and the staff really seemed to be enjoying their work which is more entertaining while you wait for your pearly whites. Would recommend

The staff was very nice and friendly and made sure I was comfortable during the whitening. Shortly after I got home, my teeth were in so much pain it was almost unbearable. All that pain and I noticed no difference in my teeth

I have been calling and leaving messages for two weeks to get an appointment. No one has returned my call - maybe they are out of business. I am a former very happy customer of Meredith’s, got great results, but I guess I will have to find someone else. Pity!

AMAZING service. I was greeted with a smile and was treated with the utmost care from the get go. Meredith was doing the whitening and walked me through the process, as it was my first time.She explained all my questions in detail and made me feel really comfortable. This is the most affordable whitening place I’ve ever come across. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to you while you’re sitting there. I’m sure the results are different for everyone, but mine turned out AMAZING.

White Teeth AZ was great. From ease of scheduling with a text sent to me the day before with address and direction into an easy old town location and the procedure was painless and took less than an hour. The owner Meredith explains the procedure and gives you both a full understanding of process and options you have and she was right my teeth where not sensitive and looked great. I will be going in for a few more appointments to maximize my results. Definitely give them a try you will love the results

Incredible experience! Meredith (the owner) has a great chair side manner. She fully explained the whitening procedure before starting and I must say the results are incredible even after just 1 visit. 2 more to go! If you are thinking about getting your teeth whitened, just go do it!

This is the first time I have gotten my teeth professionally whitened, and I have been highly impressed with White Teeth AZ! The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, answering my questions and being highly responsive leading up to my first session and in my first session. It was a comfortable, beautiful environment, and they even have massage chairs!I purchased 3 sessions, and I look forward to the next 2. If you can, schedule your appointments less than 1 week apart for maximum results and make sure not to drink coffee, wine or anything else that would stain a white shirt for the 24 hours after your session.

Meredith and her team are the best -- this is the best teeth whitening place I have ever been to. The results are amazing, the prices are even better. I have really sensitive teeth and dont have any issues; they take excellent care of me.

I cant recommend this highly enough! I wasnt sure my teeth could be significantly whiter, but wow! they look absolutely fabulous!!! The staff is super nice, knowledgeable, and well organized. All in all a great experience. Ill definitely go back when I need some brightening.

Meredith is better than amazing. I had to reschedule and she was so helpful and got me in later that afternoon. She explained the process, the product and not once did I feel pressured to purchase a more expensive product ... Even though I think I will try the extra-strength next time :) my teeth turned out beautifully and I have had no sensitivity (which I was concerned about). I highly recommend her and Lauren. Lauren does the spray tans in the same office. Double win!

Hi everyone!Just got done with my 3rd session. I purchased the full packaged of extra strength. I see a slight change in my teeth. Its not like everyones success stories though. I think Im that rare exception of having stubborn teeth. My teeth are still a little yellow. And I developed a white patch on my front tooth. I will be setting up a 4th appt to try and satisfy my needs of having a pretty white smile lol. The chairs you sit in are very comfortable! I didnt eat after any of my sessions because I did not want to risk staining my teeth. They are quick to get you in if you have an apt time:) Ill do an update after my 4th session !Edit: gave them 5 stars because they really work with you & what you want. They are nice & professional:)

They arent as nice to people of color! Had an appointment set up for 1pm and I arrived early. Didnt get seen until 115 but a lady walked in after me. She was new. I could over hear the conversation because the front office isnt that big. She said she would like to try out the whitening options and she had a groupon. The front desk asked if she had an appt. And she replied no. It was 1pm. They took her to the back and got her under the light. I just found it weird she didnt have an appointment.When I went back they sat me down. Applied the whitening gel I believe which took a couple seconds. When she applied others it took her longer. Im very observant in places especially scottsdale. I didnt have good results! Im very disappointed because I read the reviews. Im not sure if the gal wasnt applied right or they didnt bother to give me the same treatment as others. Just be careful people of color!!!! Be observant in how they treat you! It felt rushed! They said I would be under the light for 30 minutes and I had a timer on my phone. They pulled me out at 22. And me wash my mouth. And I was on my way.The helper of her was a young man. He seemed nice.

This place is great! Found them through Groupon. They know so much about teeth whitening and give you the option to upgrade. I have sensitive teeth plus my teeth were different colors which I was self conscious about. Their products not only whiten but strengthen the enamel.I ended up doing the upgrade and love the results! Once a week for three weeks was all it took!

This is the best place in scottsdale and phoenix to actually see real results. i come in sessions of three. this will be my 2nd set of sessions now. the ladies are all beautiful and lovely. its an awesome experience, i enjoy the ease of relaxation while passing time. their knowledge allows them to work with your comfort level! 10/10

I found out about this place through Groupon and I havent been to another teeth whitening place since. I would say its been about a year.They will run deals on Groupon, but they will will also have deals in store which most of the time are better than Groupon and they dont expire.They get you in quickly which is always nice.I always love texting in to make an appointment. Making an appointment on the phone at work isnt always possible.They can get you in within a day.They make sure you are comfortable, provide a blanket if youre cold, ask if you have any sensitive teeth pain and more.Teeth looking white! Even after months of not going.They have different levels of whitening, even for sensitive teeth.Overall, all I can say is, I keep going back.

“Only 1% of people experience sensitivity”. My boyfriend and I are both in excruciating pain and we didn’t even do the full session. We can’t even talk because the air hurts our teeth. Be careful.

The teeth whitening process was well-priced, comfortable, and provided great results. The hours are flexible and I was able to drop in at my convenience.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. I did extra strength for 50 minutes and did not see a noticeable difference in my teeth, took pictures in different lighting to make the effect of it. I also got strep throat right after, it may be a coincidence but wanted to post Incase anyone else was getting sick too.

First of all when you purchase the Groupon you are only purchasing a “walk in fee” because their basic package does nothing I was informed so I upgraded my package $20 additional dollars for their medium whiteness. It barely did anything to my teeth.My second experience I sat in the lobby after my scheduled appointment time for 10 min. I did not need a review of the prodcdures and there were empty chairs. This time Iupgraded to the top package which worked a lot better BUT I had extreme sensitivity the rest of the day and that has never happened before at any other studio. Along with not getting me in at my scheduled time. When I was checking out on the mobile divice it did not show me an amount . I assumed it was the price given which was around 30 bucks. I got home and saw a emailed receipt of 52 dollars. I was told I would receive a refund but it has been a week of trying to get a hold of them. I have called, texted and emailed.have texted, called and emailed with no reply. I will update this review if I receive my money back

Had my first appt yesterday and have to say that I was very impressed. Merideth was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. The facility is comfortable and relaxed, providing music and massage chairs to make you as comfortable as possible. I did the extra strength whitening for 40 minutes with no sensitivity at all. The results, though not really visible immediately after the whitening were amazing the day after. I look forward to my next two appts and the results. Highly recommended to anyone who is fed up with whitening toothpast, mouthwash, or strips... for the same cost in 1/30th of the time of a pack of strips, you get great results!

Purchased their Groupon for 3 sessions. Called and texted them for DAYS to set up first appointment. No answer or reply. Cancelled Groupon order and requested refund.
