I have used Valley Wide several times for both personal and business related legal issues. They are hands down, unequivocally amazing. Not only do they do their job the best that they can, they are helpful and friendly. Obviously, I have needed documents delivered to someone...and valley wide attempted to do it for me. The person, of course, did not want the documents and valley wide has provided me friendly and helpful guidance on how to move through the process. It is rare today to find a company that provides good service and has the right customer service attitude at a reasonable rate. I dont remember the name of the woman who helps me when I call, but she is fantastic! She is the definition of what it means to be customer service oriented. Going through legal issues is never fun, but dealing with people like her sure makes it A LOT easier! Thank you valley wide!

I cant believe that I hired this company. After 2 days with no contact with me, I called to inquire about what was going on, and she said, I dont know. Anyway, the conversation started getting hostile, and she said that she was going to just refund my credit card. Great...that was 2 days wasted. I could not believe how rude she was in the conversation. Plus they advertise $20 to serve, unlimited attempts. Thats a joke. He wanted to start off with $65, saying we have families to feed, you know. So then it became a game of negotiation and settled at $45. I called a couple of other process server companies, and they were asking questions that were important to know, and he did not ask those questions, hence he was going to serve the papers to the entirely wrong party. Total waste of time...find another company!

Avoid doing business with this organization. They communicate poorly, do not get the job done, and they are very misleading with their pricing. Their ads say $20 service but they charged me $55. I sent an extremely descriptive cover letter with my papers and they didnt even read the information. When I called to see why the service did not take place, I was told by a rude individual that I needed to give another $45 to make it a same day service.I demanded my money back and went to a professional and reputable service who took care of me for less money the same day. This business will not communicate well either. I initiated all communication and they would not even respond with an acknowledgement when they received my requests or information. They sure took the money quick though...

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This company said they did their due diligence but I call bullsh*t. The person in question never left the apartment and still was unable to be served because they obviously didnt knock loud enough. Or try hard enough. However, they still left the papers, making one believe that business has been concluded. Trust me, you are better off using a different company.

Excellent service: They made it easy, turnaround was quick, the pricing was great, and they were professional. Would recommend this service to everyone.

Here is what I know, I wasnt very happy with their service, however the end result they did make it right. Not every company can satisfy every customer but when the end result has a positive solution they deserve the 5 stars.

The prices for their services are all over the place. I aquired their services to serve an attorney and they were unable to deliver. They waisted my money so I would advise to use another provider.

Very slow to service. 7 days in and they have not even made thier first attempt at serving the documents. Highly disappointed to say the least. I will never use this company again.
