Just used them this past Friday! Amazing bus! Clean, stocked with ice, bottled water, and cups! We brought our own adult beverages. Our driver was awesome! On time, very friendly...and patient with our craziness! Highly recommend!! We will use them again for sure!!

Amazing company. The owners are easy to work with and very accommodating. They are always available to talk to and provide great customer service. I’ve used Lux for two separate occasions and they have excelled with their services that brought my friends and me a great time.

This company is VERY IMPRESSIVE!!! From the moment I signed a contract, they were so professional. I changed my pickup location twice and they were happy to accommodate me no matter what! I received a reminder email the week of my event with my drivers name and cellphone number to contact him. The day of my event I got a text reminder with all the details and a text from my driver. Finally I received a text 20 minutes before my start time from my driver stating he was already at the pick up location waiting for my guests. The party bus was BEAUTIFUL, the sound system was bump’n, the bus temperature was perfect, and it came stocked with everything we needed for our adult beverages. I cant wait to use Lux again!!!

We used Lux Transportation for a concert. Lea was amazing to work with. Our driver Arthur was great and very patient with all the girls singing Taylor Swift as loud as they could.

I didnt get the chance to use their service, but I am sharing the review of my experience as a word of caution to those looking to book.In February, I booked a party bus with Bryan (owner) for my 30th birthday in April. Bryan had been in talks with another individual that was interested in the bus so he told me he would wait one weekend for them to make a decision and then I could book it. I had to reach out to him 2 additional times after the agreed timeframe before I could get Lux to send me an invoice and book. I thought that it was odd for me, as the customer, to be going out of my way to try and give Lux my business.The week of my event, The business manager at Lux, Arthur, contacted me to let me know they totaled the bus and it was no longer available (the rest of the review is just my interactions with Arthur). They offered me a full refund or $200 off a shuttle bus. Things happen so I appreciated their replacement offer, but sadly the shuttle wasnt the feel I was going for.They said everywhere else in the area was way more expensive so they couldnt subcontract a comparable replacement. I ended up searching and found a another party bus company that was just going to cost me $25 extra overall.I responded back and took them up on their offer for a full refund. I did ask if they would throw in the $25 extra for all of my trouble and to make me whole on finding a comparable replacement they couldnt provide me. My logic here was that if I cancelled on them with a week to go, they would have kept my 20% deposit. I thought it was a fair ask.After that ask I was met with silence from Lux. I attempted to contact them an additional three times across three days via email and phone. They preferred to be non responsive to the refund they offered so I got my credit card company involved. They investigated and the dispute is now closed so this is why I am writing my review almost 2 months out.Lux couldve declined my counter offer and still honored their full refund but they chose to ignore, get bad PR, and get hit with charge back fees from the bank reversing the transaction (which I understand is more than $25). I hope it was all worth the $25 that I asked for.

We used two busses tonight for a group event playing the augmented reality game Pokemon Go. When we set out, we had no clear destination, just 45-50 people wanting to play together divided between two busses, which had to stay together.They managed to stick perfectly to these vague directions, coordinating and allowing everybody to be together even as we were separated tooling around town.When the busses were on their way, our coordinator received a notification as to who our drivers would be and when they would arrive. Upon arrival, the busses were clean, fit exactly the number of people promised (even though some of us were American sized and we all had snacks, drinks, and bags of supplies), and they were stocked with ice, water, and cups with liberty to bring anything else we wanted, including adult beverages.If you want friendly, timely, professional service so you can kick back and have a great time, call Lux Transportation, you wont be disappointed.
