We rented a Harley from Eagle Rider in Scottsdale, AZ. I have been riding for a long time but never rented a motorcycle. Stace was really helpful. He found the right bike for our 1 day ride and hooked us up with gear. He even had suggestions about where to ride, and he was right on! The cost was very reasonable, especially since this was a Tuesday. We had a great ride into the McDowell Mountains east of Scottsdale. It was 225 miles of pure awesomeness. The Harley Davidson Street Glide Tour was a great bike for this ride and performed flawlessly. We will be back to rent and ride again!

EagleRider has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Had a 21 day rental last year. Had to cancel due to pandemic. EagleRider said that was not a good enough reason. Would not refund my $1,000.00 deposit. Instead of giving them my deposit, I planned a trip to AZ/UT.Harley Davidson has done a real disservice to its base by giving the rental business to EagleRider. Basically its $300 or MORE a day for a touring bike. The real kicker, this rental wanted an extra $10 a day for towing insurance. I was already paying $35 a day for additional insurance. They said if THEIR bike broke down, including a flat tire. It was my responsibility to have it towed to a dealership. What a crock.I will never rent again from EagleRider. If I had a choice of negative integers, I would picked, -10!

I am new to riding here in US, Stace at EagleRider was very helpful and kind. He allowed me to check and sit on the motorcycles before I booked the reservation so that I have a right one. The paper work was simple and Stace walked me through all of them clearly and made sure I have all that I need. I would be renting irrespective if I own one. The deals are really good and membership adds more advantages !!

Great place to rent a Harley. Super friendly staff, well maintained bikes.Update 7/2/21: Again, EagleRider Scottsdale impressed me. I made the dumb mistake of leaving the key in the handlebar lock of my Harley rental last week. Stace, the gentleman that checked me in initially, took my call after-hours, went the extra mile by contacting the VP of West Coast Sales (or somebody like that) to get me a pin to start the bike and continue my vacation. When things go wrong, that is when you really know the true service of a company, and Harley of Scottsdale definitely impressed me.

Prepaid for Arizona bike week this year. Since the Covid 19 we had to cancel and they will not refund our money.Obviously they need my money more than me.Do not rent bikes from them . Uber or ride your own.

Everything was exactly what I asked for! Had a great time. Simple checking in, the online part was easy and the guys at the dealership were great! No hidden anythings.

Awesome staff! We only had 1 day to ride and we were out the door and in the saddle in no time. If youre in the Phoenix area and are needing some highway therapy this is the place to go.

The staff was very professional, and getting into the bike only took approx 15 min. The bike itself ran flawlessly without any issues. Yes it’s pricey but has a great time.

I love renting from Eaglerider of Scottsdale, my buddy and I rent a couple Harleys and go on a trip. If youre looking to try different bikes out and get a feel for what you want or want a decently priced getaway for a day or two, Eaglerider is a great way to do it.

The most important thing to me is to have a clean, top performing, low mileage rental that I can trust. The first bike I was given had an oil leak and the spray was hitting the exhaust and creating smoke, which alarmed me. Eagle rider was quick to offer a replacement but, I had to return to the dealership. If I were further away, this would have been a huge hassle. The second bike was clean, top performing and low mileage. Since Eagle Rider manages the H-D Rental program at H-D of S, they have inserted a Concession Fee which is the fee Eagle Rider pays H-D of S for the use of their space. I dont think this is right but, I really dont have a choice. This significantly raised the price to rent. Overall, If you need/want to rent a bike, I would use them again, just bring your checkbook.

They managed to loose my reservation as well as others in my group.

Went there to rent motorcycle for advertised price of $99.00. Guy says not in state of Arizona. I walked out. Something fishy with this dealer and site??? My first and last experience with this place!
