There is no way this company is legit.They called regarding a personal business matter and could not tell me any information about the account in question or the company they were representing without me giving them tons of personal information. Not happening.Send some correspondence in the mail if you are a legitimate business, not cold-call for money.P.S. The representative told me to look up their company if I didnt trust that they were legit. She just earned them another 1 star review...

These folks have no idea what they are doing! they send a letter saying I have a bill and when you call them all they tell you is call your insurance provider and get the information that they wont give you - wait - what - I have to call someone else to find the doctor(s) that they wont or dont know who it is. So after almost six hours on the phone with my insurance (which now they owe me for my time more than the bill was) and then calling four doctors offices and then a hospital I find out the bill was already paid (insurance screw up) even after telling these twits that the bill had been long ago paid, they tell me I have to send proof and (THEN) they will contact the medical office regarding the bill to find out if the bill has been paid and then it could take 30-60 days to clear up. But during all that time I would still get the calls and mailings. All I got to say about this, is I hope they keep calling me - I have my police whistle on me and Im going to use it every time they call me time until they STOP( 1ST UPDATE) After receiving a reply regarding this review from this agency, I stand behind everything I said earlier. Read the reply from these folks and is obvious they either are not concern and/or just dont care about fixing their problems.....its quite obvious they dont read them, first they said I spend 6 hours on the phone with the insurance company (never said that) if they would just read what was said here they might UNDERSTAND. I said that I spent 6 hours talking to the insurance and doctors and hospital in total hours. Then they go on and said for me to contact this person by phone....what name, what number, what extension. (NO NOTHING) every time you call these folks you will NEVER talk to the same person twice and the stories will always change - I.E. we will do this for you, but then the next time we cant do that, no one with that name works here and you just made that name up....now they are calling you a liar. As far as Im concerned (well first theyre a collection agency) they are paid to get money from us, so of course theyre going to do everything they can to get that money any way they can including possibly lying to us just to make that happen. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, DONT DO IT VERBALLY(2 ND UPDATE) Now 5 days after I paid this STUPID NON bill Im still getting calls from these JERKS. AGAIN - P A I D - and they still wont call the hospital to confirm the payment, all the say it to forward the receipt to them for review. Horrible customer service. I called today 8-3-21 to settle account. I referenced a 39% ($236 reduction) settlement offer they provided 1 month prior, explaining that I was unable to pay it then. And I continued to make monthly $125 payments. But I told the rep I was interested in that deal or another comparable deal to close out the account today. The lady I spoke to was extremly rude and told me she needed to ask me 10 questions to determine if she can offer me a settlememt. Mind you, they never asked me any questions when they gave me original settlement offer. I answered the questions and she came back with 10% reduction at $36. That is total bs. And I have never dealt with a company that didnt prefer to settle and get money for account. Hoping management will read this review and reach out so we can get this resolved.

Terrible people with ABSOLUTELY no customer service ...lied to me about sending copies of what I owe....whoeverwas PLAYING A MANAGER WAS RUDE...

Agent was nice but irrational. I offered to settle out my account to clear it up and they flat out refused anything less than the balance. Maybe thats why they have 1.7 stars. Id definitely settle my account, but they wont work with me.

Called a few weeks and spoke with a nice lady who told me that they would take 15% off of the amount due but when i called back today, a man told me that in order to get the 15%, I would have to pay the full amount by 3-16. I told him that I would not be able to make another payment until my next payday (mid April) and he didn’t care. I offered to pay $500 today but since he wouldn’t agree to the settled amount, I changed my mind and didn’t pay. So annoying to be told one thing and then two weeks later, another thing. Please keep your stories straight.

I recently had a medical debt going to collections. Being 25 years old, I am not well-versed in dealing with collection agencies. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very kind and allowed all of my questions and verifications that I felt were necessary to make sure that I wasn’t giving my payment information out to somebody who didn’t need to have it. She worked with me and scheduled payments to take the Monday after my paydays so that it had time for my checks to clear and wouldn’t overdraft my account. I never expected to give a five star rating to a collection agency but truly, this has been a painless experience. And I hope you guys pay your phone team well because she truly made this a not-at-all stressful experience.

Obviously it sucks to be sent to a debt collector. I had a misunderstanding with billing from the hospital I gave birth & in result my bills got sent to RevSolve. I learned this from my first point of contact with RevSolve. They were very nice in explaining how to get an itemized statement for this clarification. I got this by mail fairly quickly. After receiving this statement I called back to pay. I decided to use their automated system which was very easy to follow. I noticed no extra charges on anything, as well as no extra charge for using my debit card.

I agree with other bad reviews on this company. I got numerous calls on a personal matter. When I asked for information.... they refused to provide me any info unless I gave them my personal information. I told them to mail me proof of any outstanding debt... so I could evaluate the claim. Tia Anaya.. or something to that effect lied to me and said they had been mailed a notice to my home twice. That was a complete lie. If I owe a dime to anyone, I will happily pay the debt. Send the proof of the claim by certified letter, with a return receipt signed by me. In the interim you better not mess with my credit score. I wont have to get a lawyer. I will sue you myself. Called to pay a debt that i thought was paid off that the orignal debtor never called to say hey uh that didnt go through I asked for a receipt for my moneys paid today. The snide associate said well you can look at your bank statement, I said I wanted a statement for my moneys paid TODAY. She basically said go online and get a confirmation, you cannot get a reciept, then proceeded to tell me i didnt need a reciept. Im sorry im paying a bill that I already thought was paid off once. I want a receipt just incase this magically pops up again

Ive made two payments on an account. One in July and another last Tuesday. It has not been reported to the credit beurau and is still reporting negatively on my credit. When I attempt to call to discuss, I get hung up on. When I attempted to dispute the amount, Revsolve claimed the amount is accurate. I would like to discuss this with someone to get this resolved asap. It is really slowing me down.

Had the misfortune of dealing with this company over the last 3 years trying to dispute inaccurate data. They were unprofessional & zero help any time I contacted them, each time telling me the last representative I spoke with was wrong. I got in contact with RevSolve who confirmed the inquiry was cancelled. I then contacted Experian who still refused to remove it because RevsSolve denied the request saying it was still active. Eventually, a corporate manager from the doctor’s facility stepped in. She called back after speaking with them only to tell me, RevSolve had it ON THEIR FILE for the entire 3 years that this was paid in full by the hospital charity.Apparently, RevSolve was under the impression as someone who was low-income enough to have a hospital charity pay the bill, that I’d like to dish out a few thousand for something that was already paid for.This company is a scam, who made last 3 years a compete nightmare for me. As a young adult, this destroyed my credit score and has had a lasting affect. This company needs to get their sh*t together.

Terrible negative minded corporate culture mangers employees and supervisors focused on a bully unyielding dispassionate collections mentality. The worst place Ive ever worked in my 35 year career. Rampant open discrimination outright rude behavior from management exhibiting blatant clique mentality where positive happy employees where shunned and targeted and disgruntled un evolved unsophisticated employees were lauded. Record your calls when dealing with Revsolve, Banner blamed it on the billing system, revsolve said they made the mistake. Which is it?

It’s a collection agency... not a call that you WON the lottery. But they knocked a bunch of money off my bill, the lady was super nice and it all happened before it hit my credit report. I call that a win.

Received letter from this company about 6 months after an ER visit. Turns out the hospital was sending bills to a previous address. I paid the balance online, and then literally the same day I received a letter offering a 25% discount and to call RevSolve. I just did that and explained the situation. The person on the phone checked my record and saw that the payment is still pending, proving further that I DID get the offer at the same time. She essentially said too bad - you paid the bill and we can’t honor the discount.

Company just called me trying to solicit information for another individual on my phone number. When I ask what this is in regards to they told me none of my business and then they continue to ask for more information. I told them Im not answering any questions and tell me what their business is. They wouldnt tell me what kind of business they run and they hung up on me

This organization is not only a SCAM but the people running it threatened my father so badly he had a heart attack and DIED!!!! He couldnt sleep for days after the first call and worried terribly. They had him believing that if he didnt send them $5000 immediately he would go to jail and that it would be in the newspapers so all of his friends would see. These people are unscrupulous in the extreme! Ive reported them to all of the relevant authorities and intend to sue them for causing my fathers death.If you get a call from these people, how that they are dishonest, criminal, hateful, and they will do anything possible to extract money. They dont care about accuracy, humanity or decency. They take no responsibility for their actions.Whats more is my father owed no one any money. Hes died afraid, alone, and before his time.

I received calls for months could not understand on VM what co. was calling very unclear. I tried to call co. back to see who it was and still their answering mach. did not make it any clearer in my opinion. Finally they called from a different number and I asked for their co. name and finally got it the girl spelled it out. In this day and age I was very uncomfortable and did not want to give out my personal info. I asked about website to verify co. and asked if they would send something in mail and she told me that they do all the time. I have never received anything in the mail and she acted as though I had. I can guarantee I have never received anything in the mail. I do not owe anything to anyone. for those who have given good reviews saying you should just be responsible and pay your bills WOW, what a smart idea.... Since I do pay my bills I do not know why I was getting called.....

Its a collection agency ~ theyre doing their job. I was sent to their agency for an 8 thousand dollar balance I was not responsible for by a hospital when I came to visit the area. (Im from out of state). The hospital ended up pulling my account from collections and writing my balance off to a zero dollar balance after many escalated calls. I called the collection agency today and spoke with a representative named Georgia. Probably one of the most personable, professional and empathetic representatives I have worked with on a phone - period. She listened to me, reiterated back to me my concerns, and did everything she could to help take care of my account now, understanding that theres not much to do until they receive the notification from the hospital. If I had to deal with a collection agency, I would want it to be this one.

This company is a joke. I called and the guy that answered the phone sounded drunk and incompetent. He had no idea what he was doing. Every question that I asked the guy was dumbfounded. What a piece of crap of a business. Who would hire these clowns for anything should also re-evaulate. I would give these losers a MINUS score but 1/5 stars is best I can do. The website for this company is also a joke. Completely useless site just like their business model and employees. Unfortunately I was forced to contact these scumbags, hopefully never again.

Like most collection agencies, they cast their net widely trying to reach anyone remotely related to the debt holder, trying to collect on a debt, real or otherwise. In my case, the debt wasn’t mine but an acquaintance’s. Who knows how they got my number, but shame on them for calling me. I’ll give them an additional star for not being typical collection agency jerks. We will see if they honor their word not to call again.

This account is showing as opened with revsolve in oct 2014, how come I havent received 1 piece of correspondence yet its on my CR as opened. What kind of business are they running where they expect payment yet never send documents.

I know most people only write reviews for bad experiences so I will throw my good experience in here. It’s funny how people like to blame the collections company for their debt and how bad they get treated by them with all of the calls and letters. That’s their job!!! That’s what the medical companies paid them to do!! Pay up what you owe for services rendered and you won’t have to worry about these companies!!Anyways, I noticed I had a collection from Revsolve on my Credit Karma report for something like $128 and I was very confused as to why. My credit is in the 800’s and I take pride in working hard to get it there. So I called them and asked what it was all about as I’ve never received any bill or notice for that. After talking to the kind gentleman on the phone, we figured out they were try to contact me with an old phone number and address. I do recall the services rendered and paid my bill like adults are supposed to do!! He assured me that will get removed from my credit report and sure enough, 1 month later, it’s gone. Funny how it all works out when you take care of your responsibilities instead of ignoring them and then blaming the people you owe money to!! Thanks Revsolve!!

This company collects on doctor debts and they are not a scam. While I agree it is confusing and frustrating the way that hospitals split their billing, this company is only doing their job of collecting for the doctors. They could be mean and rude about it but the are just the opposite. They are friendly, professional, and only want to help you meet your debt obligation in a way that works best for you. If they are informed to collect on a debt that has already been paid or is incorrect, they are more than happy to work out the details with you and get it sorted out. Dont shoot the messenger in this case.

They do not mail you or contact you about your bill. I had to call 4 different places to even find out I owed a bill here.

Never have I ever dealt with a debt collection company who are as rude or as persistent as this one. Calling me every month to collect payment, saying that they need more money, even though I am on a payment plan. I am never late or miss a payment and yet every month calling and when I say I am on a payment plan I always get the same response “oh I am sorry, I was not part of that phone conversation and I there is no note here saying you are on a payment plan. EVERY. MONTH! It is harassment! I can understand if, I was late or behind, but I am not. It is absurd and extremely disrespectful to the client they represent and to me. Take notes, don’t run your business this way.

This really is a legitimate company. I was angry because they randomly popped up on my credit report and I had no idea I had anything owed to anybodyHowever, they did verify who they collected for, the amounts, the dates of doctors visits and everything to show they were real. I still called the hospital to double check, but only because of all the reviews I saw saying they were fakeWe called in and we were not able to pay the full amount so they worked with me to get the cost down a little bit and negotiated. I really appreciate thatAs far as collection companies go I am sure there are WAY worse out there than these guys

I just received a collections bill from this place claiming I owe a whopping $28. Little do they know I always pay my bills on the spot and I never have any debts. I am alerting the BBB and the Arizona Attorney General. You guys are done! Tried to scam the wrong guy!

This is an update from my previous post of scam behavior by Revsolve. I contacted them because there was strange behavior with notices and balances owed. They were very friendly on the phone and explained everything to me professionally and clearly. I’m sorry for anyone else who has received scam-like customer service from the company, as it is most likely someone who is not fit for the job they have. I am sure Revsolve will handle your complaints as they handled mine. Give them a call to ask questions and seek assistance, hopefully they are professional and understanding.

After attempting to make a payment for $30, I got a message from my bank informing me that my account was overdrawn. I took a look and instead of a $30 payment, they took out $1100 because I failed to notice a box that had to be checked on the website. They told me it would take 1 business day to withdraw the funds; they did it in 20 minutes. I requested a refund but its been 4 business days and I still do not have my money back. If I could award negative stars I would. Terrible!!!

Company reeks of fraud; collected on debt for my mother who is extremely ill, which I only caught as she casually mentioned it. Bill had been totally paid by her Medicare. Amazingly brazen. Just outrageous. This appears to be a pattern. I suspect the company needs to be investigated by the Feds or the state of Arizona.

I paid an account I had with these clowns months ago and now that account is back on my credit report says I never paid it plus they never sent me the proof of payment they so promised. One thing I know is that they are very good at taking a payment just nothing really ever happens after that

Honestly, I’m dumbfounded every time I call. I set up an online account and attempted to pay two bills totaling $50. A couple days later I get an email that says there are insufficient funds and it couldn’t be processed. So I call my bank, upset because there is well over $50 available and they tell me there has been no attempt to pull the funds. I reach out to Revsolve and am told they can’t tell me why I got the email, they can’t see that the payment was attempted yet, and to try to call back in a week. I call back over a week later because now my online access has been “revoked” when I try to log in and no funds have come out of my account. They tell me that the payment was returned by the bank but that is all the information they can provide! How do you offer online services to pay a bill but “cannot access any of the online information!?” I asked how to get back online and she said, “I don’t know and I don’t have anyone that I can transfer you to either.” What kind of service is that? No one knows anything or can do anything to help. Incredibly frustrating!

This is a fraudulent company collecting on medical bills that are already paid. It took me awhile to figure this out. When I first opened the collection notices my anxiety went through the roof! Shame on them. What I want to know is how they got my medical info. Im on Medicare too.... Makes me wonder what their source is.

My lawyer worked out a deal to get my 1.7k debt down to a little over 200. I have proof of payment and a copy of my lawyers emails but the debt went right back on my report, been 2 years now. Scum company.

This agency is full of it! I had a $400 medical collection,. They offered to discount it a whopping $40 to settle it but not remove it from my credit report. Ive had other agencies cut the bill in half AND remove it from my credit report. So Ill just keep it on there. Thanks for nothing!!

I called to PAY an outstanding bill and knowing that these collection agencys purchase these transactions for cents on the dollar- thank you John Oliver- I questioned whether, or not I could receive a discounted rate. They gave me some inconsequential amount that did nothing to help me- I also have other HOSPITAL debt to pay off- and was trying to consolidate. The representative then proceeds to ask me if I had a 401K account and that I could just, Take the money out and put it back in later. Thats NOT how a 401K works. You cant just add money to your 401K- you can increase your contributions and over time try to earn back what you took out by increasing your 401K contributions to a substantially higher % of your pay to make up for what you took out, which A LOT of people wouldnt and cant do. I was so irritated with the person that I disconnected the call. Please, if anyone tells you that you can just take money out of your 401K, dont listen to them.

I had this person call Friday after I sent an offer in compromise, said he couldnt do it. So Im going to the yrmc that I owe 207.00 too with the offer. A friend of mine does the billing for YRMC Resolv never approached with offer because they get a percentage of what they collect. Since they arent collecting it they get zero.Also resolv has been cashing checks made to them for 8 weeks,from me that is indeed an agreement between 2 parties. If this young man was smart, he would get the offer to the client first. Resolv bought the paper debt . All their bullying calls Im recording as they are for quality assurance to make sure I get word for word...just like they do.

Getting calls for someone else. Confirmed with their chat debt is not mine. These people really need to get the right phone number and shouldn’t call numbers of emergency contacts.I pay my bill and have a high credit score but these people keep calling for someone else. Poorly run business- debt collectors are scum taking advantage of people who may have money issues when it comes to basic healthcare.

I have received 2 phone calls from them..wanting to speak with a family member who is special needs. I explained that to them. They would not even tell me who they were or what its call was for.. Im assuming a medical bill.they asked me to send out my power of attorney info to them. Which I then asked to whom and what its regarding.. They said they can not give Any info and to look them up on line. So, I ask them to send a bill or statement out. Which they still have not.I will not send confidential info to someone when they wont even tell me who they are..or send a letter.. I get the privacy act...apparently they dont understand it tho..

Ridiculous - this just hit my credit report from Sept. 2016! I disputed a charge (that wasnt valid, an ambulance charge which I was NEVER seen by an ambulance IN MY LIFE) and sent in the letter disputing, with a tracking number and never received a response. No phone call, no letter, no additional bills, nothing. Now it ends up on my credit? I dont think so.

Talked to a woman and was told I would recieve a record of receipts for my payments because there was confusion as to which account I was paying on, but never received any receipts.

I recently received a notice from my credit report saying that RevSolve Inc. has tabs on an account I already paid. They say I owe 3262 dollars. What a crock. Please do not go to their website. It will only funnel your private information to these scammers.

Id just like to know why I am involved in a debt collection. The letter you send out gives me no information to go online with. Since I am on Medicare and have a Supl. insurance, why would I have a bill that wasnt paid?

They never answer when they open, they leave the message we are closed on after business hours state they are open, AND when you pay on something, they dont take it off your credit.. horrible company

I recived a collections notice from RevSolve inc Based in AZ. The vague notice was regarding a medical bill from a hospital that operates across the country.Of the three states mentioned in the notice, I live in none of them. Why for any reason would I send money to a place Ive never been to a business I dont know?This wreaks of Scam!!!Question everything folks. Keep your personal information yours.

Just got audited for 2015. Its 2021... Irs says they got an updated w2 from this place. I never received received an updated tax form. On top of that they came after for unemployment. 3k.. why dont you pick on someone your own size. You make people depressed,, thats your job apparently. Dont work here! Complete scam. We didnt even have services done. Even if we did, my son has double coverage on insurance, so there wouldnt even be a copay required. No explanation on bill, no date of service, etc.
