My grandson wrote on the back of my new cream color Prius leather seats with ball point pen! 4 detail shops couldnt repair them at all. Palaios dyed the leather the same color as the original leather, looks like new. Amazing and very reasonable- highly recommended.

We have a leather couch we like probably too much and after one of its cushions got a tear in its leather we asked Anna at Palacios if they could make a replacement. Anna helped us pick out a material that matched almost exactly and their upholster made us a cushion that is almost identical. We think the price was very fair. So, our experience has been a very positive one.

One of the best interior and now paint shops around! They have done miles to wild interiors for me with AstroTurf and wood floors. They have always treated me right and are reasonable for the great level of quality work they provide. Our recent experience with Palacios was nothing short of professional. Jesse and Anna worked with us and spent the time to assure we would get what we desired. We had our class A coach renewed with new upholstery on our L shaped sofa, dining area and captains chairs. Also at the last minute we had all the carpeting replaced. I work for plaza motors. We use Palacios for all of our upholstery needs. Their quality is second to none and their prices are great. The owners are good people who go out of their way to make sure customers are happy. All these bad reviews are rubbish and if these people are actually real [doubt it] then they should have tried talking to the owners first as they would have made everything right whatever it took.
