Order sod on Wed for pick up on Thursday. Great, no problems.But need to contact them, their phone# says press 5 for hours or # for a directory. Neither of those options work. Just get autoteller saying Im sorry that is not an option Why are they not open on Sat at least? What if I didnt order enough sod?!

Went to home depot to get sod, it was garbage. Sod had been on a pallet for a few days and was completely dry. Called west coast tuff, I had fresh cut sod in 40minnot too mention it was about $2 cheaper per roll.

Best turf in Arizona! I have been using western sod for years and we are always happy with their turf. This time tried their “419” turf and absolutely love the results. Great job again team! Always consistent and customer service is the best.

The sod at the big box stores sometimes isn’t very fresh so once I found out I could go straight to the farm and pick up fresh cut sod it was a no brainer.Great product and knowledgeable staff.Carrie and Wes always take great care of me, they need a raise! Highly recommend this business!

If you do not want to spend your summer pulling weeds do not order from West Coast Turf!!!I have lived in Phoenix for 50 years andI get it, we have a weed problem. But, I did not have any weeds in my dirt backyard, prior to putting down the Bob Sod. I went an entire summer and winter with a dirt backyard and would meticulously pull any weed that tried to make my backyard a home. I finally had zero weeds, yes even after our heavy monsoon rains. I was finally ready for a lush green backyard. In June I ordered 660 sq feet of the Famous Bob Sod. I installed upon delivery and everything looked beautiful!!! A few days later I started noticing WEEDS, WEEDS and MORE WEEDS. I immediately emailed (with pics) West Coast Turf for some advice... they have not yet responded. I have started to pull the weeds, but this is a losing battle. I have resorted to mowing my grass along with the weeds in hoping the bob sod would drown out the weeds. So far the bob sod is losing the battle. The few sections of rolls that do not have weeds are lush green and look fantastic. But the other sections are getting taken over by weeds. If you dont want to spend your summer pulling weeds do not order from West Coast Turf! One last complaint too many of the rolls had ends that were not cut cleanly. I had to cut the ends to make them nice and square. That wasnt to big of a deal but extra work I had to do. Luckily I ordered extra.

Been doing a lot of business with them recently and wouldnt recommend anyone else. Great prices and their grass is always freshly cut and green. All of my customers are happy with their product.👍

West Coast Turf has supplied the grass at the Sanctuary Camelback Mountain Resort for several years now and it always has looked incredible. Install crews work hard to fit in our limited installation windows each year and all interactions with the West Coast team have been amazing. Efficient, professional and providing a great product. We love working with them and having their turf at our property.

They delivered the wrong sod, to 2 different properties for me. They offered to bring the right sod and install themselves, Im thinking great. When I looked at the installation they did, my grandkids could have done as good a job. I tried to talk to the salesperson about it and they blamed me for the way it looked and there was nothing they could do about it. They had their best installers on the job. Is that why sod was laid on top of sod? Is that why when I showed up I had to tuck in edges and seams? Is that why dirt and sod scraps were left all over the yard? Oh by the way, thanks for taking $150.00 off of my $1000.00 order.

Unforeseen situation on E-Z TurfThe sod purchase went well, the sod was good quality and everything went well. The following year, I called to ask about purchasing seed to fill in spots from the dogs. I learned that you cannot purchase seed for this grass and according to the representative, other seeds will not appear the same. The dogs have caused running paths and urine spots and some sprinkler modifications were made. These were easy things to hide with winter Rye seeding but the E-Z sod does not handle it. I was told to let it grow itself back but when it does, it grows back thick with weeds. After asking about fertilizers, patching or anything else, I was told that I could not do anything to help the grass. Quiet expensive for a grass that cannot be repairedJust one of the things youll wish you knew before you purchased that they never told me.

I bought 2800 sqft of Tiffway from these guys and it looks amazing. Its so soft for my feet and my dogs paws and its SO green with little watering. This place has super cheap pricing for pickup, delivery is much more expensive.

I can not say enough good things about these guys and their product. The staff was friendly knowledgable and fast. I had a horrible experience at evergreen turf in chandler this morning. Not only did these guys made me feel good about this situation I saved about $0.10 a sqft. They also have a new Bermuda called platinum that is incredibly beautiful. I asked a ton of questions and they took the time to offer advice and cautions. They also offered advice about what I could do to fix some problem lawns I recently took on. The interaction with this company was great and I hope that everyone starts using them. I cant wait to use these guys again!!
