Fast-Fix was great! I went to the location in Scottsdale Fashion Square, which is a very busy mall. Fast-Fix was also very busy (it was a Saturday afternoon), but they were calm and nice to everyone. I had two watch batteries to replace and I was able to pick them back up in 40 minutes (there were a lot of people in front of me!).

I brought my watch in to have the crystal replaced and it broke within days before even wearing it. They used a cheap replacement made of cheap glass that broke while the watch was in its case.I asked if they would honor their warranty as the store was closed due to COVID for multiple months and they refused. They said crystals break all the time and it was not their fault.If you want quality workmanship and a repair that lasts do not come here.

Brought in two silver bracelets that needed to be repaired and altered. He fixed the one for free and told me how much it would be to fix the other. Super cool nice dudes 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

This place is amazing! I dont trust most places with my jewelry. But they give excellent quality repairs & cleanings. They are the only jewelers I will go to. So if you have trust issues like I do, you can rest easy with them.

I came to Fast-Fix jewelry to check the authenticity of a bracelet I received as a gift. A very rude woman working behind the counter took one quick look at my bracelet with her bare eye and told me that my bracelet was fake. Later when I took it to get acid tested the jeweler confirmed that my bracelet was in fact authentic gold. How can you trust someone who incorrectly doesn’t know how to authenticate jewelry with your prized pieces?

I am afraid to take my jewelry to Fast Fix because I am currently trying to get my Rolex watch back from the Paradise Valley Fast Fix that closed and kept my watch.Be careful, they may close this store as well and the corporate office does not care how their franchises operate.

They resized a sterling silver ring for me and charged me $80 freaking dollars. We all know that 925 is very inexpensive. So the work was good, but the cost was just insane!!$$$$$

I needed a ring sized. They did an excellent job in a very short time. Couldnt have asked for more.

These guys are awesome! Went in for a watch strap and the gentleman, who was dressed very professionally and was very kind, knew exactly what strap size I needed for my particular watch. He also helped me pick out a design that catered exactly to my style.We also got my Fiancées ring polished here for free just because I purchased a watch strap. In the process the notices a diamond had fallen out, which we already knew about. They offered to replace the diamond for free. We payed for them to re-do the prong setting for that particular stone and they even tightened another setting at no cost because they didn’t notice it to begin with, these guys are great! Not to mention her ring looked fantastic once we got it back, will definitely return for business later on.

Had two personal watches that needed batteries replaced. Left them over night and picked them up as promised. Cleaned up and placed in individual bags with applicable warranties on the work performed. Aside from the price being on the high side, the service and work performed was acceptable. I’m sure I could have bought batteries and replaced them on my own,However not having the expertise or necessary tools to complete properly, this was a decent option.

I had a very bad experience at the Fashion square Mall location. I had my battery replaced (It costed $45 for a $12.50 repair). I left the store and found my band was loose. When I tried to adjust it myself, I lost the pin. I returned to the store within 30 minutes and told them my problem. Although they said they would have adjusted the band for the price I paid earlier, they now wanted another $20 to replace the small pin and make the adjustment. I told them this was unfair, however Aaron and his coworker behind the counter were not helpful. In fact his co-worker sarcastically told me to have a nice day ... 3 times as I was walking out. Not the kind of service youd expect from this high end location. Stay away form Fast-Fix at the Fashion Square Mall!

I just got engaged but my ring was slightly too big. The team over at Fast Fix reassured me they could make it the perfect fit and that’s exactly what they did! They had it done within an hour too. Great service and high quality result. Special shoutout to Jimmy - he was wonderful!

I brought in a ring my Mother (who recently passed) gave me many years ago. The ring was well worn and the stones were ready to fall out. I brought it in to be repaired in the nick of time!! This ring has centimental value for me and I was thrilled when they showed me the newly repaired ring. It was perfectly restored to new condition! Just beautiful. I would highly recommend this repair shop to fix any repair needs you may have.

Don and his staff are a pleasure to work with. I took my watch in to replace the battery and take off one of the links since its too big. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is fantastic. I also took my wedding set in for the rhodium dip and to solder the bands together. I got tons of compliments after they worked on my rings. The store does so much more than fix watches! I highly recommend coming in for all your jewelry repair needs!

Grossly overpriced. trivial job, replaced a braided fabric chain, installed a microscopic ring to match with an existing lobster claw clasp. The entire necklace originally cost $20, and they charged $70 just to replace the fabric chain, drill a hole and mount the ring. They had it several days, I called the day I requested it, told me they were still working on it, it would be several more hours. This conservatively would be a 30 minute job and my suspicion is they forgot about it and had to scramble. Since it was a sentimental piece for my 14 year old daughter, and there was a time element to get it turned around I agreed to their outrageous price. I personally would never give them my business again.

They replaced my watch battery and did a fine job. Pressure tested and all. Even a warranty. I cant be sure but think they took a scratch off my crystal for me too. Wow! Ill go back for sure. I would never do business with this place. Its not even worth the visit. The worker quoted $35 for a watch battery for my fossil watch and $45 for a battery for my Movado. On top of that it was going to take him 20 minutes to install. I have changed the batteries in my watch collection many times(in NY) and have never been charged that much. This is a greedy business that lacks integrity. Definitely bypass this one!!!

I received a watch for graduation, and needed a few links taken out. Earlier that week I had gone to a jewelry store to take links out of the watch I bought for my younger sister, three links, 5 minutes, $10.I came to Fast Fix because it was nearby, and I thought I would have a similar experience. They charged me $20 to take out three links. It only took a minute, but I was pretty appalled at the price difference. I had already handed them the watch and they were completing the process when I was charged. I wish I had asked them how much it would be first, so I could have gone somewhere else. Its not rocket science, and I had the same service done for half the price.Really disappointed in the price -- go somewhere else.

I was in Scottsdale fashion mall searching for the Gap store to purchase a shirt for my son, when I came across Fast fix! I walked in, asked the gent at the register if they could fix a broken ring, he assured me it would be done within an hour... it took more like 80 mins, but the ring was fixed like new and returned in amazing fashion, all in the same day! Fast Fix Repairs is my go-to place for all my jewelry/watch repairs and cleanings. The staff is super friendly, professional, and knowledgable. They have two locations, one in Chandler and one in Scottsdale. I always walk out of Fast Fix a happy customer!

Short and sweet...they are ripping off their customers. Went there for a watch pin only. They wanted to Charge me $40 to install the pen. When I explained I only need the pin, they wanted to charge me $40 for the pin only also. The jewelry store right down from them (Ben Bridge) only charged me seven dollars and installed the pin for me. Tall bald man was rude when I asked for an explanation.

My husband got my Rolex from Fast-fix and they had also fix anything that I bring to them, they can do it all, fast and great job if you need to get your jewelry fix and perfect and convenience for your time I definitely recommend them every time .

Removing or adding a link with the provided parts is now $25!? A department store int he same mall did it for free for me.. ubnoxious price. Warranty or not, its a simple job to take a link our or put it back. This charge is crazy. I would have done it myself if I had the right tools. Dont go here!!
