I had asked several people to help me download a video from my face book page and no one seemed to know how to do this. David did a great job in explaining how to use google+ and hangouts. I was able to follow along even though I never used google+ or hangouts before. He explained the options thoroughly, demonstrated how to use them, and allowed us time to practice during the webinar. This allowed us to get a better grasp of the options & tools, as well reinforcing the concepts being presented. He also made sure everyone was comfortable before moving on to the next topic.I would strongly recommend this class to others who want to use Google+ to assist them in their business social marketing.
