Be very careful about working with this company. Even courtesy of supposedly free offers! Major problems with my companys email took place JUST after FDM did an outreach - and whether they caused it or it was due to some other reason (as they claimed), their communication (or lack thereof) during and AFTER the crisis (which stopped all marketing efforts and cost the company money) was absolutely abhorrent! Terrible! I thought when one of the principals of the company called after a lower echelon person treated the matter in a most cavalier manner that things were gong to improve...well, the sound of crickets was heard! There are lots of details and written proof - but I am unwilling to post them here and waste MORE time with these folks. Hope for the best - prepare for the worst! BTW: at least one of the rpositive reviews of the company is from an EMPLOYEE of the company!! (the one by Daniel Anzalone)!

This company sent me spam to sign up. Think about that for a second. An email marketing company VIOLATED the CAN-SPAM act. Do you REALLY want to do business with a company like that? You shouldnt.

Our company was looking for a product to help us engage with our clients. We started with a built in solution through the CRM (PipeDrive) that we were using. The built in solution had very little reporting capabilities, was labor intensive and lacked real time tracking data to see how we were doing. We looked into some other big name products on the market. Fire Drum was much lower cost, integrated with our CRM system very easily, provides real time accurate data and reports and best of all the system is very easy to use and intuitive. Once we turned on the program, their team was very helpful in getting the integration set-up, setting up the email format and templates in a very professional layout.We are emailing our clients weekly and were can see that we are getting a nearly 30% open rate and a 11-12% response rate. Based on experts that I have talked to, these are excellent results. Getting the real time open and response rates, we are able to quickly adjust our message each week and have dialed in an email that drives clients to engage with us.The best part is we reach hundreds of clients every week and the process takes us 10-15 minutes per week of labor. We have seen a huge ROI for our minimal investment in the FireDrum service. We highly recommend Fire Drum to any business that is looking for a low cost, easy way to get their clients to engage with their business.

I write an e-blast each week and FireDrum has been super easy to use, format, and navigate. In addition I love the useful reports that tell me who is reading, clicking through, etc. I used to use Constant Contact and it was one nightmare after another. I dont know if it was an incompatibility issue or what but it never worked easily or right. FireDrum does both :) Happy :)
