The experience we had with import genius wouldnt have been as pleasure able as it was, had we not had Casey on call! He was on call 24/7 and was so helpful! We asked the stupidest questions but he validated and walked us through EVERYTHING step by step!! And the best part about it was that when we wanted to spend more money on the software, he told us the honest truth and gave us such valid information which helped us so much5 stars to Casey! Thank you management for hiring someone like him!
I was with this service for a few years. They wait until you are about to expire and they use we are gonna cancel tactics instead of answering questions and providing service. The leader of their sales force, Michael is snippy and seems like he does not care that much. Next company......will do better. You should expect the same if you decide to pay Import Genius a nickel.
What a refreshing change to have a company deliver more than what they claim.Based here in Dubai we have experienced everything, rarely do we receive 70% of what we expect, in your case I have to be honest and say you deliver around 150% of what you claim.We are very pleased to have found Importgenius and will be relying on this for all our U.S. Import Data requirements.Many thanks for all your help.Keith Manns (Director)Globalprinthub

Casey Estepp provided me with an excellent training session and advised me on subscription products suited best for my needs. In a world where customer service is almost gone, Casey reminded me that there are good companies out there that are sincerely focused on customer satisfaction.
