Excellent gym. They always treat members extremely well and the events and kids club are first class. Good for family time, working out, hitting the steam room, or relaxing in the lounge bar.

I have been going to the adult gymnastics class and absolutely enjoy every minute. Its a great way to improve strength, flexibility, and balance. Im so impressed with the coaches. They welcome all ages and skill levels. Dont be intimidated to sign up!

My daughter has been taking gymnastics here for several years. She is currently in the Xcel program, after a much needed change in direction/coaching earlier this year, it is a wonderful program. She looks forward to it every day and her skills have been progressing. Coach Sophia is warm, funny, and has helped to instill a great work ethic in her athletes. Weve been very happy with the health and safety precautions they have taken during the last 6 months and feel very safe there.Im a little disappointed in the communication. We got an email last week that classes were cancelled indefinitely with only a few hours notice before that days class. In the week since they suddenly closed, we havent had any follow up from the team or office regarding any plans to reopen or any explanation regarding the closure. We all have to be flexible during this strange time, but transparency and communication are always welcome. We hope they reopen soon!

The ladies that work there were very nice on the phone and in person. Gave me great information, walked me through registering my kid online, great pricing. Huge space for the kids to play and have a lot of fun. Clean, safe, has cubbies for your shoes and belongings. Close to great places to go eat after with your kiddos. I will definitely will be bring my kiddo back.

The gym and the coaching staff are nice. Unfortunately the manager, Jenn Frey, has no sense of customer service, doesnt take responsibility for the actions of her staff, and will enforce the fine print of company policy without regard to circumstance. Buyer beware.

Out of curiosity and passion to the concept of movement I enrolled into the Adult Tumbling classes they offer, which I think is the only tumbling session for adults in the valley. Almost every move was new to me and I was trying for the first time in my life at age of 31 such as the back hand spring with the spotting. The main coach, Francesco is an awesome guy! and has got a lot of experience and knowledge in this practice and takes care of every technical detailing to ensure that the moves are done the right way avoiding injuries. I would strongly recommend this to any grown up who still have a desire to explore how much your body can MOVE!! Its fun and I enjoy thoroughly!!!

Had a great birthday party experience here for my 6 year old. Lots of things to do for the kids including a zipline, trampolines, tarzan swings, and gymnastic equipment. Highly recommend.

Fun place to start or keep sharp on your parkour training

The parkour place is really good and has good service and the people there teach you what you want to be teached like frontflips

I started coming for the adult tumbling class. After just 4 lessons and almost no experience i was landing front fulls om the trampoline. This made me decide to sign uo for the unlimited classes for a month. With 3 classes a week this made it very easy to come and get a workout. I alwaus leave here exhausted and my whole bodu is feeling the hard work we are putting in. Cant wait to learn our next move.

My oldest loves the TNT class and my youngest loves Parkour.

This place is like a second family to me full of amazing people doing incredible things.

I went here to see what the pricing is and they said it was around $150.00 per class. I dont know why per class but it looked like a cool place to go

Great activity plus offer a special program from noon to 1 on some days for toddlers at a very reasonable price.Big Gym with trampolines, and a very friendly staff who keep the gym sanitized after each session.😀

You might think parkour is a waste of your time but then you look into it and find out parkour has a lot of uses, really I dont like sports so I dont have that much muscles but parkour can strengthen you and give a lot of muscles. so I recommend coming here, its great there,

Worst customer service ever! Always on top of getting customers money but doesnt focus or have concerns about customer needs. My kiddos were there for a year and they lost my business now.
