Luke from Pinnacle is a miracle worker! Pulled my back on a Monday before a big trip overseas and couldnt bend my back or pick up anything or tie my shoes. This was going to be a big problem with having to carry luggage in a few days and with the help of Pinnacle I was pain free within 4 days and saved my trip! I couldnt believe it, but will always be a believer in Luke and his team at Pinnacle!

This is the BEST fitness group and facility in the Valley. Great equipment, but even better people that work here.90 days ago I decided to look for group training that I could relate/adapt to. I love Pinnacle Fitness! All of the trainers are AMAZING!!! They make it really fun and fresh- always changing it up so I never get bored. In just three months have met half of my weight loss goal- it is the first time in my life that I look forward to going to the gym and working out!

Pinnacle Fitness is a great gym! All the trainers are nice, knowledgeable and motivating. I hate to admit that I actually look forward to my workouts! The trainers are constantly changing up the workouts so you don’t get bored and to work your muscles in many different ways.It is a clean and friendly environment that I would recommend to anyone!

If I could give six stars, I would. This gym is truly a community. The owner is attentive, the trainers are excellent, and the other people in small groups are dedicated and fun to be with. I appreciate the personal attention and am in the best shape of my life. While they opened a beautiful new facility recently, I choose to take all my classes, three times a week, via Zoom. I really appreciate this option during Covid.

At the start of the pandemic and shut down of gyms, I was searching for a fitness studio that did virtual training--not a video. I came across Pinnacle Fitness and found them to be amazing! My very formal living room became a workout area. The trainers are professional, knowledgeable, creative, helpful and fun. When his new gym opened it was clear that Luke had taken social distancing to an art form. The small group trainings are tough, are incredibly challenging and yet we all end up laughing. There are typically three or four others in the group. All are terrific and supportive. I feel great. I am on the path to lose pandemic pounds. Ive met wonderful people. And I could not be happier at Pinnacle Fitness.

If you are looking for a gym that you dont get lost in this is it! You absolutely have one on one attention, there are group classes but the personal trainers make you feel very welcome and care about your success! Pinnacle Fitness has everything you need from a large gym but in a more personal setting.

I want to give a special shout-out to my gym! I’m coming up on four years of membership and now stronger than I was in my 20’s!In my youth, I was a runner, swimmer and martial artist. Over the past 15 years, I tried different programs and ended up hurting myself more than once! For me exercise equaled injuries, physical therapy, weekly chiropractic adjustments and traction. I soon discovered I couldn’t exercise the way I did in my 20’s or early 30’s. The high impact was doing more damage than good, and increasing my chronic back pain. I was willing to do whatever it took to prevent surgery on my back.*Through a recommendation, I discovered Pinnacle Fitness, a private personal training gym committed to helping clients meet their physical fitness and health goals. When I first joined, I trained one-on-one with Luke Sullivan, owner, retired professional athlete and someone who truly understands chronic pain and injuries! He kept the workouts fun and knows just how much to push. As a teacher I appreciate his personal attention to the details and correcting my form. On top of this, Luke is very warm and personable. Though he will work your butt off, it’s always a fun and challenging workout. His workouts are dynamic and changes every time.I am now attending small group (3-6 members) sessions 3 times a week. Our amazing trainers are able to teach, monitor, modify and make corrections as needed.The classes are fun, engaging, and the perfect mix of cardio and strength training.With Covid restrictions our gym offered Zoom trainings and continuesto do so for those not comfortable returning to in-person at the gym. I have to admit, I was hesitant to return when gyms were allowed to open back up, BUT Pinnacle Fittness has always put safety 1st! They GO above and beyond the recommendations for sanitizing. Pinnacle Fitness is hands down my favorite place to work out! It has top of the line equipment and the trainers are extremely knowledgable. I came to PinFit looking for a place that could prepare me for an army course I will be attending in the near future; Luke and the team have done a stellar job of helping me reach my goals so far. The trainers were even able to help me work through a shoulder injury that had been bothering me for months. They work with people from all walks of life, so whether youre an athlete, or just trying to stay healthy, they have a plan for you. I highly recommend Pinnacle Fitness!

Ive been going to Pinnacle Fitness for just over two months now and am beyond satisfied with my experience. Ive worked 1:1 with most of the trainers who are all professional, capable and provide both challenging and appropriate workouts. I feel like the entire team is on board with my goals. I also appreciate that the atmosphere in the gym is laid back, non-competitive, friendly and fun. Luke has done a great job creating an environment that is welcoming, holistic, supportive and goal oriented. Oh, and Ive lost 6lbs and a couple inches!

I love Pinnacle Fitness! I have never enjoyed working out and I am surprised at how much I look forward to my workouts here. I always leave feeling so much better and energized. I have been working out with Anthony for about 6 months and he always makes it fun, not to mention he is very knowledgeable about what he is doing. I have been working out at Pinnacle Fitness for the past 2 yrs. they are first in fitness. All Personal Trainers are certified and highly knowledgeable. From the Owner Luke Sullivan, to his highly skilled staff, Anthony, Jino, Alicia among others, I can’t say enough about this wonderful group. My experience has always been a positive one. This staff truly cares, and they make workouts interesting and fun. Yet, they take health and safety serious. They strive for perfection, and with my prior injuries, I became stronger and more flexible with the help of my trainer. My clothes fit better and I feel stronger.

I was looking for help to improve my agility for my sport. I did not feel I was moving as well as I used to when I was younger. Pinnacle Fitness has helped me with so much more than that! I have been working out with Jino for 3 months now and I feel so much more agile and stronger than I have ever felt! Pinnacle Fitness is a truly outstanding gym. My wife and I have been working out there for several years, and have become much healthier as a result. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and supportive, and are very good at varying the workouts so I don’t get bored. The Sweat Saturday group at 9:00am is especially fun and a killer workout! In addition to the positive changes like weight loss (I’ve lost 16 lbs and continue to lose more) and more energy, I have made several new friends through the gym who share my desire to be healthy and fit. The vibe in the gym is so positive, and everyone wants to get healthier together. I would recommend Pinnacle Fitness to anyone looking for a small gym atmosphere to achieve their goals.

I love training with Alicia. Shes very knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. Im a true beginner and she took the time to listen to my concerns, my ailments and designed a program that works uniquely for me. She explains everything clearly, helps me to understand what muscle group Im working and why Im working it. I feel energized after every workout and getting stronger everyday. Im also grateful for her nutritional instructions as healthy living is not only about the exercise but about the food I eat as well. Having had a partial knee replacement a decade ago, my days of hiking Pinnacle Peak Mountain were over for awhile so I started looking for gyms in the area to keep me active. I joined most of them over the years but unfortunately the majority created more injury’s that needed lengthy times to heal. I have always been active and this inactivity was hard to accept. I thought I would try again with Pinnacle Fitness and one-on-one training.I met Luke and felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. ( I’m increasingly impressed with his skill and knowledge of injuries. )I came into the gym in pain. Lots of pain and lots of fear! At 67 I didnt bounce back like in my 40’s and 50’s and I couldn’t stand another rehab period of inactivity.For a few weeks I dragged myself to Luke twice a week with trepidation of a new injury.After about 6 weeks I noticed that my pain was mostly in my head and not in my body! And NO INJURIES!Moreover, the fear had gone and the movement was helping! I trusted that Luke and Pinnacle Fitness cared for me as a person and that I wasn’t just filling a slot.I have now been there over a year and the physical changes in my body are clearly noticeable and the fear of injury is just a faint memory.I feel and look better than I have in years! Im thankful and grateful for a perfect place to stay healthy and active! Seriously!

I had the opportunity to be part of Lukes/Pinnacle Fitness fundraising for the animal shelter by working out! Something this body hasnt done for a long time!! Luke and his team were great to modify the workout for my problem knee. The whole team are fun and upbeat. It is wonderful to find a gym for normal people who may not have the workout body. I went a 2nd time with the friend who is a member and was pleased that I could do the workout. If I lived closer than Australia I would be joining and seeing the team at least twice a week ;-) Thanks Luke!

I started my fitness journey 10 weeks ago with the Pinnacle Rush Class . Thanks to the great coaches Anthony & Luke I have been able to lose 26lbs so far ! They are always positive and very motivating! Each class is different so you never know what to expect . The one thing you can expect walking out of each class is results! The BEST gym ever!! Small group of people that genuinely care about you and your goals. Working out here has been a life changer and has helped me not only get into better shape, but change my eating habits and lifestyle. Highly recommend the small group sessions; it’s close to getting a one-on-one training experience but not as expensive and you get to know some awesome people! I recommend Tim Bryan for the one-on-one training. He tailors the workout based on your abilities and what makes sense for you. Highly recommend this place!

Ive been active all my life, and now in my 60s, when I began to experience some back and leg pain, a friend recommended Pinnacle Fitness. What can I say, I love this place. Everyone is so friendly, and so knowledgeable. Their concern for your health and your fitness shows in everything they do.Luke Sullivan, the owner, has been my personal trainer for about 5 months. Ive never been a gym person, but this has been a wonderful experience. Ive been working with Luke, one-on-one, and I am truly impressed with his knowledge, his sense of humor, his patience and his kindness. He has tailored my workouts based upon my abilities, my initial injury, and my goals. Its never boring because its never the same workout, and I am definitely seeing results. Luke never backs off from challenging me and he makes a tough sweaty workout fun!A shout out, as well, for Anthony who trained with me for a couple of weeks when Luke was gone. I was challenged and worked at the same level without missing a beat. Anthony has a great sense of humor and is very knowledgeable, caring and easy to work with. He gets 2 thumbs up.In my mind, there just isnt a better place to go workout if you want personal attention in a great setting.

I went to see Luke Sullivan for my chronic lower back pain which I had for the last 20 years. This was a desperate last ditch effort because I tried everything else from physical therapy, which didnt help, to acupuncture, which helped temporarily, to deep tissue massage and various doctors which helped to some degree but I still suffered much pain and stiffness in my lower back. Those people did the best they could with their knowledge. I really had nothing to lose by the time I got to Luke.Luke is amazing. He really understands how the body works and how the muscles work together to help the body move or if used improperly, cause much pain and suffering. Luke was able to help me reduce the pain to negligible levels which no one else has been able to do. I can say that within a few months, my back pain is almost non-existent. Amazing! I couldnt believe it myself. All I hoped for was some reduction in pain because no one else even came close.On top of this, Luke is very warm and personable. I really enjoyed the time I spent with him. Though he did work my butt off, it was always a fun and challenging workouts. His workouts are dynamic. It changes every time. I am a very creative person and hate doing the same thing over and over again. Well not here. Luke is creative in his approach and methodology. He has deep understanding of what he is doing and I feel he really cares and wants to help me unlike most other places.Luke has made a lot of suggestions to improve my lower back pain which have panned out really well. This guy really has a passion for what he is doing and it shows in his enthusiasm and energy. Did I say that Luke comes across as a happy go lucky guy? Well he does. He really makes people feel welcomed and happy. On top of that, hes a nice person to boot like a cool friend in college. Hes a very fun guy to chat with as well.You get his attention 100% of the time and its one on one. He doesnt act like he is bored or has better things to do like at many places. He doesnt delegate the training to junior people like they do at physical therapy places. You get Luke 100%.Luke Sullivan is the best strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer I had the pleasure to train me. Luke qualified to compete in the US Olympic Trials so he has a lot of experience as an athlete that helped improved my ability in mixed martial arts and grappling. I came to Luke to improve my back pain but I came out with improved athletic ability to boot. Luke is really a great deal and he has the deep knowledge to help you improve your health.

Luke runs a great program at Pinnacle Fitness. Anthony is my trainer, he is the best! Not only does he train well, and knows what he is doing! He has my respect and trust, he looks out for the best in me and how to achieve my goals. I have done numerous workouts, there are particularly a couple of things I like. Anthony really devotes himself to changing your body and also work on form to make it A: More challenging (which is not easy) and B: to prevent injury! My husband trains there as well with Luke and has lost over 20 pounds! No place else has motived us quite like this! We feel like family there!

What a positive vibe Pinnacle Fitness has! I walked in 7 years ago and knew this was the transformative fitness place for us. I am a trainer. I am a Nutritionist. I have worked in the health/wellness, fitness industry for over 25 years. Our son has been working with the trainers at Pinnacle Fitness for 7 years. He is now 14 years old and loves fitness. Pinnacle Peak Fitness works with each client, creating a program that works with THAT person. I have multiple injuries from whip lashes, being thrown on airplane when I was flight attendant. Usual wear and tear on body along with two total knee replacements, multiple foot surgeries. Also have deterioration of the neck and spine. ENOUGH!!!! Luke has been wonderful creating my exercise program...watches me during workouts, making corrections in my posture, etc. Highly recommend Pinnacle Peak Fitness for everyone...from classes to burn fat, to caring for those of us with special physical needs.

3/27/2021Two years later and I still love working out @ Pinnacle Fitness! I am doing the 21 day Spring Into Summer Challenge and I was a little apprehensive. It has been fun and motivating!!I feel inspired and encouraged every time I workout with Alicia. She knows when my body needs to be pushed and when a workout needs to be adjusted. I have an increase in energy, lost a few lbs, and I am getting better sleep. I still have work to do to reach my personal goal. As a member of Pinnacle Fitness for years I was excited about the new products available from Eniva Health. I took part in the 6 week spring challenge and utilized the 7 day cleanse. I was a little bit skeptical at first because there are 4 separate parts to the cleanse and I was worried about the taste of the products. So first off the products taste good. Original Vibe tastes like fruit punch and does not have a lingering aftertaste. The Apple version is even better. The chlorophyll has a nice minty taste and combined with the muscle aid is tart. The life cleanse has no taste but does not dissolve well. I found it was better to mix in a bullet and then it was perfect. Overall the cleanse was easy to do and I was able to pack the afternoon portion to take to work with me. I was not hungry and felt less bloated. Lost 11 pounds after that week. Continued to use the Vibe, muscle aid and chlorophyll until they ran out and that was almost 3 weeks later. Well worth the money and the products last about a month total. I still drink the Vibe everyday instead of taking a multivitamin and it especially refreshing with the Arizona heat. Love this product so much I purchased another cleanse to do again in a few months. I will definitely do another detox when we do another challenge in October. It was a great kickstart to get me motivated to lose weight again. I am now down almost 30 lbs since April 8th when the challenge started. I lost a total of 21 lbs during the challenge and another 8 after. That includes trips to Flagstaff, Jersey and Hawaii so I feel pretty good about it. If you are into working out without the Scottsdale feel, Pinnacle Fitness is the place for you. Regular people working hard with great trainers.. Oh, and ask about the detox. I think it might be even on sale right now.

I cried (happy tears) with my doctor when we compared my blood work and body composition to last year’s data and IT happened with ZERO injuries! I am now attending small groups sessions 3-4 times a week with Personal Trainers Luke, Tim and Anthony. With the group sessions remaining small 3-5 members they are able to teach, monitor and make corrections as needed. Despite it being a small gym it has everything I need and the trainers and members are friendly. I see a lot of familiar faces since Im here quite often and its nice to see other members smiling with sweat running down their face and drenched shirts. If that doesnt motivate you, I dont know what does! My husband was impressed with my results and we now workout together! We celebrated his 40th recently with an extra special workout in the gym!
