I was introduced to Paygration and Pete Real by Intuit for added QuickBooks support and have been extremely happy with my experiences. Not only has Pete solved all of my issues, he has also helped me organize my QuickBooks modules in such a way that I was able to save money while getting better provisions. He also helped me save money when ordering new checks and deposit slips. Service and follow-up have been beyond compare. I would rate both Paygration and Pete an 11 on a scale from 1 to 10.

Owners of any small business who perform their own accounting know that it can be a time consuming task. Couple that with controlling manufacturing, inventory, sales as well as promotional events and you have a formula for exhaustion.When Pete introduced us to Enterprise Solutions I was hopeful that we would have simplicity and control. We did. I have used some very sophisticated manufacturing/accounting systems and can say that for small business this is a great program. As we added QuickBooks Merchant Services to the package we became a fully coordinated unit. On-line sales are perfect with QBMS. Also, with a QB card reader and the Go Payment app, we are able to promote direct sales at promotional events with assurance that the process will be accurately recorded and funds transferred to our account.Many thanks to Pete and Paygration for your guidance and continued support!!

I would like to add to my previous post after using Quickbooks Credit Card Processing for approximately two weeks.The reason we use technology, computers, and software is to make the work easier and quicker. The good part about Qickbooks Credit Card Processing (QCCP) is that it saves you from a lot of checking. You know that all the credit card payments are accurate. The only thing left to check are if the checks are made out for the proper amount, and if the cash is right. In my business we do not handle a lot of cash, most transactions are paid with a credit card.So, on some days you can just pull the cash out of the cash drawer and deposit it, and not have any fear that you are being hasty. You can balance your cash every two or three days, instead of every day. This is a time saver.One should also be aware that QCCP takes two days to give you your money, one day longer than the other processors that I have used.I never did any research on the discount costs of independent processors not associated with Quickbooks, but I like the integration and transparency so much, the price and discount is not that important for me and my small business.I enjoy using Google review and sharing my thoughts with anyone interested, that is why I have posted two comments for Pete Real, Payagration, and Intuit.Good luck with your business. Update - I have had another great experience with the Intiut help desk. This was not a payroll situation - just plain old QuickBooks Desktop version:We have some sort of issue that aborts our program and our IT folks couldn’t figure it out. So I went to the chat help. I was connected with an agent in less than 1 minute and she was very helpful. We went through several questions and answers so she could understand my issue. She then explained that she was going to send me a tool and asked if I would be able to run it on my end – before just sending the link. After she sent the link – the tool did fix a problem but was not able to fix the main issue causing the program to shut down. The tool did isolate the issue (which is a Microsoft issue) which I was then able to take that very specific info back to my IT team for them to fix.Overall, it was a very satisfying and painless experience with the help line. I am very impressed with my last couple of experiences with QuickBooks/Intuit help – it doesn’t seem to be like it was just a few years ago where you were stuck on hold for hours and then connected to the wrong department at least 4 times.Original review:I have been working with Pete Real at Paygration for a few years. He is great but this review is more for QuickBooks Enterprise and their payroll support department. I had this experience just the other day:My 3rd Qtr payroll tax forms were not loading for some reason. So I called QuickBooks support line. I was put through to a real person in less than 1 minute (that in itself is AMAZING!). That gentleman ran through several diagnostic steps and troubleshooting tasks with me. Then asked if I would share my screen with him. I did this once I closed out of all other programs for our customers’ confidentiality. He was very knowledgeable and ran through quite a few scenarios on his own and consulted with the help community for a couple of maybe’s. Then it was apparent that we needed someone from the Enterprise help line. So he placed me on a short hold (and it was again under 2 minutes) and brought a gentleman from the Enterprise customer support on the line. He identified that there were a couple of errors in the program where it was loaded on the server. I was able to remote him into the server and again he made his fixes within a few minutes. Then we were able to make just a few more updates and other fixes (I didn’t pay too close attention to what all we were doing). Anyway, the problems were all fixed and the tax forms loaded just fine.The first customer support gentleman was on the phone with me the entire time and he went through quite a bit to get us running correctly again. All in all – this whole process took about 2 hours. I was very happy that my issue wasn’t logged for someone to call me back when they could to try and help but that the first gentleman was determined to get me fixed and running correctly. I have never had such a positive experience with customer support!

I want to share with you my experience with the credit card processing that Intuit provides with its point of sale software.First of all I want to explain that I have 36 years experience with credit card processing...and as you all know it is a giant rip off. Why is that?Because these processors send you statements every month and sometimes they can be four or more pages long. As a busy business person you do not have the time to examine these statements. And every few months the processor slips in a new charge that you might not see if you were not vigilant.So what is good about Intuit credit card processing. One...there is no chance of entering the wrong amount into your card swiping terminal because Intuit does that for you. Never will a clerk enter $386.00 intstead of $886.00. So for you the owner or administrator, there is one less thing to balance. When I had a credit card processor outside of Quickbooks I had to check that the credit card postings, checks, and cash added up to the total Quickbooks wanted me to deposit. Now, the only factor that I have to monitor is the cash and verify that the checks are made out for the correct amount. This saves lots of time.Two: Intuit has an easy program to calculate your discount...there is no hokus pokus. All keyed in credit cards are the same...pay a fair 2.3%.Debit cards are 1% etc etc. So you can actually figure out your discount before it is posted on your bank account. You will be one or two cents off most of the time. I like this system because it is very transparent.I was very stubborn to convert, but now that I have used it for almost two weeks I feel that I made a good choice.GreggLamps N Lights,Naples, FL

I am so impressed. I have spent many hours researching several POS systems for my new startup company. Pete Real with Revel was the first POS rep who took time to not only ask the right questions, but then actually listened so that he could help me determine MY needs rather than simply sell me something that I really dont need at this time. Instead of rattling off all the capabilities of the Revel system (which are impressive), he offered me a reasonable solution that fit my needs and my budget. While some other sales reps will talk up their system and sacrifice honesty in order to make a sale, I value Petes approach and will look forward to working with him as our business grows.
