First let me say is there are so many different Internet companies a person can get lost. I saw this company on Facebook a while back and thought it was just another blown up ad about hey we can create your website blah, blah, blah. Well, when I am wrong, I admit it. I have a few websites I want to develop and I already purchased the domain names but did not have someone to create my site. iIntercept Media created my site awhile ago but I never ever provided any reviews about because of how busy I had been. Recently I received and email requesting feedback about their service. I figured as a business owner, I would love to see reviews about my business as well so I decided to give as best of a review about my previous experience to help the company which helped me. I contacted iIntercept Media by phone and they were able to get back with me within 24 hours. I thought that was actually a long time because so many different companies connect you with some type of customer service the moment you call. I followed up my call with an email and they returned my email and then called me back. They gave me their apology for not returning my call right away but I understood because I found out they only had a handful of people on their team back then. I spoke for about an hour with a gentleman by the name of Alvino, and then decided to set up an appointment to meet. When we met I was very pleased at the level of professionalism as well as his ability to be very personable. The two people I met, Alvino and Renee, were very helpful and very thorough with questions about what I wanted and needed for my site. Needless to say I was blown away with how fast my site was done and with the quality of my site. I actually offered Alvino another job with my real estate company. I found his sales ability and ability to connect with people was pretty outstanding. He explained he could help, but his own company must come first. I agree and ended up hiring him to take the role of President of New Client Acquisitions with my company and now iIntercept Media runs all of our companys marketing. Needless to say the outcome of our business relationship has been amazing and working with Alvino and iIntercept Media has been an awesome experience.
