Very professional, respectful of my property, set up was nice and easy and they made sure we knew how to work the adjustable bed base before leaving. One side didnt work right away and they took care of that. I liked that they were personable too. All in all, excellent job

My delivery’s experience was excellent. The two men were fast and very courteous. They made the switch out off two beds simple. I was kind of hovering over them but they didn’t seen to mind. They answered a few questions that I had and was very knowledgeable. Great job!

Rich and his partner were great! Professional, focused, communicated well with each other in maneuvering to protect not only the items, but the walls as well. Both were courteous, wore masks (without being asked), which is very important right now. Rich clarified the use of the remote system, better so than had been before, which I really appreciated because I didn’t realize I actually knew very little. Rich also took time to clarify information about the install/setup they were doing, to make sure my preferences, which was not only thoughtful and thorough, but showed refreshing common sense. Only suggestion is wearing cover ups over shoes so techs dont have to remove shoes on carpeting but overall good and friendly service. Thank you

I’m always apprehensive about delivery personnel, especially because I have light-colored walls and beige carpet, but without asking, Rich and his partner removed their shoes and took extreme care in bringing items (mattress, box spring, frame) into our bedroom. They were great. I was at medical appts when then came to deliver. They rescheduled for Sat between 9 and 1pm, called en route to be sure i was home, showed up at 10:30,and were all finished by 11:15 and cleaned up and were gone! No fuss no muss ! Any time!
