Jack was friendly, spoke honestly about what the problems could be, and then had to virtually tear the printer apart to get to the problem. He also explained what may have caused the problem, giving me useful information about how to avoid this type of paper jam. He worked quickly, carefully, and unlike me, when he finished there were no extra parts! Seriously, I was extremely satisfied with his work, his attitude, and now have a working printer again. I cannot give them a better reference, I had a printer problem they showed up within a couple hours, called when they were on the way it ended up being a little more difficult than I had thought. So, I am in desperate need of a service man to help get our dtg printer up and running. I had spoken with them about our printer prior to Jacks scheduled visit. They were aware it was a dtg printer. So the first visit I had to cancel, but Jack was understanding and very cool. Then when he did come back he saidI never told him about and he just left. They knew what it was because they sent an email explaining that there were no guarantees.Very unprofessional, disrespectful and out right rude. Jack shook my hand, and then he left without a word. Nice way to do business. If I could go lower than 0 stars I most definitely would.

CMYK Solutions came out to my home to fix a Brother MFC 7360N printer. Jack got here close to 1pm and came without a mask. I answered the door with a mask on and he immediately asked if I wanted him to wear one. I said I would prefer he did and he went and got his from his vehicle. When he came back I was a little amazed at the mask as it didnt even provided any protection. It was open all around his face and didnt even cover his nose. But, I give him kudos for at least trying.Now on to the repair. We are a new customer. So hrly charge is 89 per hr. He spent about 25 mins trying to repair my printer and found the problem but didnt have a part for it. He should me where to go and get the part and it is an easy fix. Even should us how to do it. That gets a big plus! We even asked about a second opinion on another printer we had. We told him what the other repair service told us and he said that what they told us wasnt correct and proceeded to tell us what we could do. After he left we applied his suggestion and my other color printer has been revived! Another easy fix. The other repair service told us it was not repairable. Im glad we didnt accept that. So all in all, it was kind of a pricey visit ( I could have almost bought a new printer for the price) but the trip charge was a lot more than what he told us it would be. Still we are pleased and glad Jack shared his knowledge with us to avoid another trip charge and call. Thank you! I would recommend them!UPDATE: 1.31.21 Got the new part and installed it. We still have same issue. Emailed CMYK Solutions and waiting for a response.2.2.21, Jack came out today. He tried his best to get it to pull the paper into the printer. Alas, its not repairable as far as cost effectiveness. It would cost way more than what the printer cost new. I still recommend this printer repair service as they are honest, fair prompt and courteous. They even had called me after hours on Sunday night to schedule a time for the follow up from first service. Thanks again, and highly recommend their services!! I changed my rating from a 4 to a 5 star!

A great experience getting our printer repaired by Jack. He was punctual, courteous and friendly. He cleaned the printer sensors and checked the other parts for operation. He had our printer working again in about 20 minutes time. I would without a doubt recommend Phoenix Printer Repair to repair your printer if you’re having problems.

I found these guys out of pure frustration with our old company. I sent an email, within minutes they called me. Came out fixed a problem that I was told would cost 800 bucks. Go figure it didnt! These guys are honest and very helpful. They actually answer the phone when you call. They know their business! Ive had them out three times now for different problems and they always fix it! Our office has been using CMYK Solutions for maintenance and repair of our Minolta Biz Hub printer for over six years. Jon and his staff have always been very responsive to our supply and servicing needs. In the event of a maintenance or repair need, the technicians normally arrive at our site within 24 business hours, but always work around my schedule if needed. Our printer is quite a few years old, and while CMYK sells modern machines, there is never any pressure to sell me a new printer, but I would reach out to them first if I needed one. I would definitely recommend CMYK for printer supplies, maintenance and repair.

Outstanding service. I had an urgent deadline and my printer went down. CMYK was very responsive and had a tech (Jack) at my home in less than an hour. Jack was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He had me up and running in less than a half hour. I am a delighted customer.

Called them to see if they could repair an old machine. Was told they had a great tech that could do the job so we scheduled an appointment for the tech to come out. Tech spent maybe 30 minutes on site and said he couldnt fix the machine he was called out to fix, never really looked at the other machine and cleaned the glass. Was told that the per hour charge was actually per hour per machine and we had to pay for 2 hours. Should get zero stars. Beware when you use their service.

Jon always responds immediately to service requests and the annual service contract we have with CMYK Solutions is very reasonable. Our company has never had any issues in the six years we have utilized their services. We would highly recommend!

Jon and his company are AMAZING!!!! Our CPA firm started having CMYK Solutions handle all of our printing needs last fall and we couldnt be happier. We still use a Konica Minolta main printer with 10 HP laser desktops, but dont have to deal with the confusion and lack of customer service we were repeatedly receiving from Konica Minoltas large corporation. It is sad that we had copier service agreements with Konica Minolta directly for the majority of our 30 years in business; however, our world has unfortunately changed and we were forced to do something different. Going smaller and local was a much better way for us to go in 2018. Jon also handles any toner cartridges we need in a cost effective and efficient way. I cant say enough good things about how changing to CMYK for all of our business printing needs has simplified our lives.
