I had the absolute wonderful opportunity to meet Dylan! I was at a store next door, and stopped in to ask a couple questions about my computer. Dylan was so professional, incredibly informative and just a real super genuine kind guy. I ran home, got my computer, and when I got back to his store, he was busy, but immediately acknowledged me when I walked in. WOW! He, without hesitation but with great explanation, fixed my issue, although a minor one, he was laser focused on helping me after a horrible experience with T-mobile next door. Dylan doesnt know this, but he completely turned my day around. My computer is fixed and he was kind enough to write down a couple of laptobs that might work best for my needs. I had a great experience here. They diagnosed my computer’s problem very quickly, and they actually even suggested I send it to hp, where I have a warranty, based on the potential expense. I felt I needed to replace my Galaxy S9 phone. The earpiece volume was up at 100% but no sound. Called and was ask to bring it in said it may be a very easy fix. I was there for 10 minutes and phone was back to 100%.Turns out a protective cover was blocking the earpiece. He wanted to charge me 0! Cant complement enough! Wonderful experience!

I visited this location recently for the first time, after being referred, by Google, to have my phone repaired or replaced at this location.I was experiencing muted audio issues in my speaker and was unable to hear calls clearly through my Pixel 4 XL.Turns out that all that was really needed was a good, solid cleaning as dust had clogged up the speaker. The gentleman was able to resolve my issue within minutes of entering the store. No repair or replacement necessary.My experience was met with great customer service and absolute respect for my time.

I had my iPad fixed here about 7 months ago and they charged me 100 dollars. The screen was cracked and so I just needed the screen replaced. All of this was fine until I looked closer at their fix. 2 things were off: the screen did not fit the home button so it looked like it was about to fall off. The second thing is that there is dust under the screen and it blocks out the screen. I will never fix anything here every again and even though it’s cheaper, I’d rather spend the money to get it replaced by Apple themselves. I would rate it 0 stars if I could

Had an emergency with my cracked screen iphone. It was a work phone and needed repaired immediately. After going to a couple stores I Stopped in an Sean helped me out. He was friendly and told me they would repair it in a couple hours. It was pretty badly damaged and sure enough they fixed it without a hitch. Excellent staff and quality service. Thanks!

Stopped by to drop off my screen to be replaced. Guy at the desk was super knowledgeable and professional. Was a complete opposite to the experience I had a Verizon during the same day. Took about an hour to replace the screen. Easy in and out.

So every single time I have taken my phone into the store something has gone wrong or they havent been able to help. The last time, I will concede that I knew there was a high likelihood that I had water damage on the motherboard so its really no fault of their own. So when that came up as the certified repair store this time, I didnt think anything of it and went back in. They told me that I again had water damage. However my phone had been nowhere around water this time around. They told me I absolutely needed a new motherboard or had to go get a brand new phone. Frustrated, I headed out to Verizon to get a brand new phone. as soon as I walked in, the first thing they did was try their hard factory reset. Which worked beautifully and my phone came back on no issues. How in the world this is something that clearly wasnt even attempted by the store, is beyond me. But I think its a little ridiculous that a repair store couldnt figure out something that ended up being that simple.

From the moment I walked in, I was happy! I was greeted by Dylan, who was very nice and professional. I was expecting to pick it up in a few days, then they called me stating that William fixed it the same day!! I will bring more business their way for sure!

I left my phone on my car and drove onto a freeway. I thought my phone was toast, but the ubreakifix team was able to fix it! Dylan, Kelly and William are an excellent team: courteous, friendly and helpful. Dylan went above and beyond spending extra time working to get my speaker working ordering parts and attempting to install the new speaker several times. It turned out to be an issue with my motherboard so I was not charged for the extra work. Even though the speaker isnt working, I am happy I get to use my phone again with a headset or on speaker.

Called them middle of last week to obtain a quote on an S7 headphone jack replacement. Quote was 79 + tx. Seemed reasonable. When I got there, the lady remembered my call. She looked at my phone and determined that it was a simple matter of debris in the jack-hole. She took the phone into the back room where I could not see what was going on and she was able to remove the debris without taking the phone apart, and voila, headphone jack was fine again. She said, no charge. They could could have soaked me for the full blown repair, but they were honest and ethical. Great job you guys. Highly recommend them.

Professional, quick repair for my Samsung Phone.My battery was dying. I looked for help from Samsung. The directed me to uBreakiFix. I called uBreakiFix as was assured they could fix my phone. They gave a quote, not inexpensive but about what I expected. I took my phone in for repair (Shea Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ). Two hours later my phone is working like new, keeping its charge like it did on day one.Kudos to Dylan for excellent customer service.

Their technician told me it would take 40 minutes to fix my phone, then after an hour without contact I came in to find that they needed more time and blamed calibration of the home button. Turns out after waiting an additional 30 minutes, they are putting the old broken screen back on. “This is really unusual, but you’re going to have to take it to apple.” As nice as that is to know, I would’ve appreciate not wasting an hour and change to find out that I can’t get my phone fixed. Finally getting the phone back after an hour and a half, still broken, so I can’t recommend this shop at all since they inconvenienced me and didn’t do the job.

Its never fun to have your phone ruined. My screen was a disaster. I am actually amazed at how great the replacement looks and works. Dylan was super communicative, and kept me posted throughout the process.

Went to get my screen repaired, they did that correctly. Then On the I phone the home button didn’t work. They told me that because the home button didn’t work they would take care of the screen repair for free and to come back to get the home button to work. I came back to get the home button to work and then they charged me for the initial repair. When I asked the person “ you told me it was free 4 days ago” he replied. “ we just didn’t charge you that day but we need to charge you now”. Total joke. Don’t ever go there.

Had my s9plus repaired at this location back and a few weeks later front. Paid ridiculous amounts of money for that. To be told that since initially it wasnt water damaged. Now that it is its not there fault. Phone was invented to be resistant to liquid, after the repairs I wasnt anywhere near water and yet its still my fault. How does that even make sense.
