Managed IT services is a tough business - things always break. But CMIT of Scottsdale is the very best MSP weve ever found. They always work to fix things as if were their best client. Theyre knowledgeable, professional, and wont stop until the issue is resolved permanently and to our satisfaction. Theyre definitely a company you can count on.
We interviewed several IT companies before going with CMIT. Allen and Ron have proven wonderful in getting our firm caught up to 2020 in IT security, backups, training, etc. They have been responsive with the couple IT issues that have come up. Its nice knowing there is always someone there to answer the phone/email.

The best customer service I have encountered! They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest, which is hard to come by in their industry. In my opinion their best attribute is their communication skills. They take the time to educate and explain the source of the issue and the plan to resolve the issue in terminology I am comfortable with.
CMIT has been my IT group for my medium-sized law office for 5+ years. They are VERY quick to respond, and are proactive, not reactive. This means the world to an administrator wearing many hats who cannot afford any down time. They have never given me bad advice on equipment, and have set me up, for a reasonable cost, with a system that is stable and does not cause me any stress! They are a a dream come true for a medium sized law firm with an administrator who wears many hats! A++ for these guys!!!

The IT guys at CMIT Solutions are customer service driven. I say this because I have had multiple similar problems with my computer that irritates me but not them, they just come to my office and fix the problem and I am back to work.
My company have used CMIT services since 2015.The background monitoring (NOC) is very helpful and often if not aware of an issue they let me know, in some cases they are ahead of the curve and already working on it or have already taken care of it.We have some protocols for contact after hours and including what the tech’s can do and not do prior to my knowledge and CNIT strictly adhere to those.Often in the past when there was an issue I would be contacted by an employee and would have to remote in or go into office at night to resolve. Now CMIT are often aware of a network issue and take care of it quickly. I am not woken at night because there is a problem and the only time they contact me directly is if there is major issue and I need to be aware beforehand.The senior techs has been a fantastic help in improving and help in the direction of updating our company network.They understand the cost implications so work with us on step by step improvements when required for cost consideration.CMIT helpdesk is a great asset for additional help to my help deck and allows IT employees to take time off with a lot less concern on workloads etc.All the Techs are extremely knowledgeable. Very courteous to my IT team and all company, employees and clients.Trust worthy, tactful and discreet. The senior Techs are likewise, I have never had issues with discussions concerning confidential matters with any CMIT techs or personal. They are way above average in their work and ethic attitudes.Assistance is always available 24 hours so I sleep far better now than I did 3-4 years ago.Marwan the company owner is available by phone or e-mail at any time if there is any concerns, along with CMIT senior tech Russell. I have never had an issues in any way that was not resolved completely to my satisfaction 100%. In some cases they have gone way beyond my expectations.Overall my company IT team as small/medium as it is benefits in many different ways with CMIT involvement daily. If you have IT techs that are stressed with workloads talk to CMIT it will bring that stress down bigtime. No longer do I or my clients/users have any fear of network failure as we become more of a 24 hour company.I have to give CMIT excellent 100% record with us, if your company needs IT vendor assistance call and talk them.This may become at big advantage to you as your company grows and will benefit as mine has as it has grown.No pressure, they will evaluate and inform you what you really need and what you don’t need. Even to the point that if they feel you are already in a great position and may not need them for assistance they will tell you and walk away if not needed.They are a great asset for a small, large, or growing company to have in the background or just to help a small growing company, one man IT tech which is what I was at first.
