Took a very large winter blanket to be cleaned. They had it for a week, when I went to pick it up, I had to help the young girl behind the counter just to find it! When I got home and opened the bag the blanket was in it smelled! They charged me 33$ and never cleaned it!!!! Now i cant get a response from them.

I never leave comments but this time I had to. The customer service and cleaning is beyond anything Ive experienced before. You would think a dry cleaner is a dry cleaner, and try to find the cheapest one. Atleast thats what I always thought, until I went to Tiffanys. Great quality is hard to find these days, and usually you have to choose between either quality or customer service. Finding a service that has both seems impossible anymore. Big kudos to the owners and managers for running a business that stands out from the competition. You just got yourselves a loyal customer!

Ive worked here for the beginning of August. Since then Ive helped countless amazing customers out and even helped keep long time accounts since recent employees have left. I promise youll always have great customer service when you come to Tiffanys . Come see me Monday thru Friday 630 am to 7pm and Saturdays 8:30 Am to 3pm.
